PHS-320 PRICIPLE OF WORK Drying is taking place only at the bottom part of the dryer in duration between 10-15 min At the princip of indirect heat exchange by sucking the hot air throuh the paddy grains After drying period, paddy is taken by elevator specially designed for paddy rice and re-loaded to the dryer Paddy is “resting� for 45-50 min and cooling slowelly Paddy is taken only once in period of 1 hour Maximum reduction of the moisture is 1% in 1 hour = reducing cracks in the grains = increasing the milling yeild After the process of drying is finished paddy is already cold and can be discharged immediately
