Last year 2008, there was MONTESORI requiring a school designed with:  natural light coming from outside to inside, but shaded from the glare of the noon sun  classrooms open to view, yet protected from rain  building securely enclosed but outside view not distracted  needs to finish the project soon and so don’t have to export materials
