Shape changing, smart vacuum cleaner. The name of this appliance 3F stands for Form Follows Function. This is an appropriate name, since the physical body of this vacuum cleaner can change form and expand to suit the task required. The inspiration for this product comes from ballet dancing: while at work it r esembles a skirt, floating gracefully over your floor. Whether used in c ompact or wide mode, it is a vacuum cleaner providing efficiency, smartness and empathy to the user. 3F will not only save you time and space, but will also surround you with cleanliness and fragrant scents of your choice.

The smart cover Nowadays, people have d ifferent virtual status on social networks linked to their physical activities or moods. With AVA, the user changes his virtual status on social networks by physically interacting with his smartphone. By moving down/up his phone, he will translate his status like Busy/Available and so his phone mode as Vibrate/Ringtone. This smart shell improves our efficiency, our productivity and give a new i nteraction with our smartphones. AVA works in the same time with its application which syncronizes status of different social networks. It uses the built-in accelerometer and/or gyroscope of smartphones to translates the inclinaisons of the phone into status changements. AVA transformes your phone in your AVAtar by being a bridge between physical and virtual.

TANDEM

TANDEM The splittable helmet

Two wheelers are ubiquitious in s ubtropical areas. They are representing the main conveniance. Unfortunately, there is a lack of helmet due to contextual and e conomic reasons. T andem is a multiple answer to these needs. The solution has been to create another helmet by dividing the helmet with a male part and a female part, thus giving some protection to the passenger. Parts of helmet are nested one inside the other. This notion of “sharing” provoques empathy, by sharing protection, it creates mutual trust and a better driving experience with a notion of equality. “If you share risks : Share protections”. It can also be worn without its male part to support the hot contextual weather. Tandem will also fit at any size and any ages. M oreover, it adds a hand free system in where you can slide your phone into a pocket.

TONGUE Give appetit for life

The artificial feeding is the process of f eeding a patient through a tube intravenously (Parenteral nutrition) or directly to the stomach (Enteral nutrition). People affected by Cancer, Crohn’s disease and CVA (Cerebral Vascular Accidents) are the main target audiance for this artificial feeding. The artificial alimentation doesn’t go through sensory receptors. Therefore, the person doesn’t feel the taste, the flavor. During the feeding period, patients tend to lose their appetite. The patient is passive and lose his humanity. Senses are all that are to do with us humans. The artificial feeding is lived as a diminution. The « Tongue » is a product which emits fl avors of aliments for artificially fed people. It works in a n otion of equality and humanity for those in need. The question I tried to answer in this project is “how to give back sensations to people in artificial feeding?” My wish is not just to sate physical needs like appetite but also psychological needs like hope and desires, by giving to the user choices on his life, to help him overcoming the disease. My goal is to restore a human status by giving him the capacity to sense again.
