 CCLC 的逆襲—Raise 暴增

經過上個學期的準備,再加上 1011 每一位 ICXer 的努力。現在,我們不 再灰心喪志、我們看到未來的希望。在第一個學期裡,由 Melody 所帶領的小 組,靠著穩定且持續打 Cold call 為每一位 member 奠下最扎實的基礎,成為 ICX 中不可或缺的中流砥柱。 而這學期最大的突破,就是我們成功打入企家班的市場,為 ICX 的未來發 展出新的通路。除此之外,並跟寶力淂公司發展出穩定的合作關係,持續的 re-raise。最後,藉由每一位 ICXer 的努力與付出,1011 我們達成了 5 張企家 班 promotion、3 張 re-raise、3 張 Cold call,總共 11 張前所未有的數字。 ~~~~當然現在就進入瘋狂 Match 找研習生時期,瘋狂衝桃園中正機場接 Trainee,歡迎大家憶起瘋狂來參加我們辦給 Trainee 的趴踢!!!

 歡樂 FM!!!誰不想來?!

「每個禮拜最期待的就是 FM 了!!」、「沒來過 ICX 的 FM,不要說你 run 過 AIESEC」、「參加 ICX 的 FM 是我這學期最大的收穫」。以上都是參加過 ICX 精彩萬分的 FM 所做的回應,究竟,ICX 的 FM 有甚麼魔力? 你能想像每次的 FM 總在歡笑中渡過、你能想像在遊戲中可以激盪出全新 的想法、你能想像前一秒玩鬧下一秒卻能正經的開會。透過輕鬆不隨便的氣 氛,讓大家能在沒有壓力的情況下產生新的點子。 而最受歡迎的 FM,就是在 Alice 家的移地 FM。縱使要搭將近一小時的車, 每次在 Alice 家的 FM 幾乎都是全員到齊。除了開會之外我們曾經煮過火鍋、 湯圓、義大利麵,也舉辦包水餃大賽,甚至還一起逛過夜市。透過 FM,我們 互相激盪、我們彼此合作、我們創造對 ICX 如家一班的認同。

 拜訪桃米社區 4/29~5/1 第一次 Project 的部門 tour;第一次來到合作的桃米社區。 除了看我們的俄羅斯 trainee—Anna,也是身為 project 當然要來一次 TN 拜 訪囉!感謝 Sally 一家人與桃米社區的鄉親們,真是太熱情的地方了!在那裏對我

們而言有許多的第一次,第一次抓螢火蟲,第一次抓青蛙,第一次去香菇寮等。 總之是一次難得的經驗! 接下來讓我們看看我們可愛的 member~Judy 對這趟部門遊的感動: 四月二十九到五月一號 第一次參加 Project tour;第一次來到合作的桃米社區;也是,第一次見到 Trainee !之前總是很剛好地每次都錯過能跟 Trainee 見面的機會。平常在部門 裡做的事務,不管是跟找 EP 或者是 TN 幾乎都是網路來往,沒有什麼實際接 觸的機會有的時候,會覺得有一點點的空虛;有的時候,會覺得很像在尋找網 友。 這次跟同部門的人一起來埔里玩,很難得的親近大自然生活,一起看螢火 蟲、溯溪、抓青蛙,也終於見到了 我一直都沒有機會見的 trainee !當下有一 種很奇妙的感覺,原來我們一直在網路上做的事情是真的會被執行。雖然不是 我找到的 trainee,但是還是有一種做的事情會有代價的感覺,突然更有鬥志 想要繼續努力~突然覺得自己在做的事其實是很有意義的,而不只是個 task :) 真的好棒喔! 這次真的是很難能可貴的經驗!

 新的 TN 來台灣啦! 這禮拜連續來了 5 個馬來西亞與新加坡的 trainees,在 5/14 時於台大社 科院辦 Greed Seed Workshop。這個 Workshop 為了幫 trainees 在之後學校 教學生能源教育可以更專業,算是讓為我們的專案作加值。我感受這次 trainee 都很用心學習,準備接下來要去學校的 session。這也是少數機會是讓 MB 與 trainees 一起學習一個議題! 接下來他們就要開始巡迴跑校了,雖然有點為他們擔心,因為台灣的國中 生有時候有點不受控制 XD 還一直而提面命他們,記得要準備一些 R&R。真是 辛苦他們了!接下來會有愈來愈多 trainees 來,真是令人期待的一件事!

 Club Evaluation

Club Evaluation (CE) is a good opportunity to collect data for transition and know more details about other function. Not until the preparation of Club Evaluation did I know the importance of “Knowledge Management”, especially when everything was in a hurry! This time we divide our CE into 5 parts according to NCCU’s evaluation criteria and the time frame is from Jan 1 ~ Dec 31 of 2010. Our OC team consists of 3 people- Elina, Janet and Lisa. We used only 2 weeks to complete the CE and everything was in a rush. After the horribly rush experience, we learned that it’s extremely important to start preparation earlier. Elina ,Janet, Jessica and I got up very early to do more decoration of our stand. Also, on the date of Evaluation, It’s so touching that many CCLCers- Allie, Elena, Fieja, Kelly, Sally, Timmy, Viola-came to encourage us

& to support AIESEC. Generally speaking, we succeeded in promoting AIESEC to those judges. However, we couldn’t explain in details without consulting other functions. But they gave us many suggestions to make our CE better next year. As the saying goes, ―Where there is a will, there is a way.‖ Though we have never expected to get any prize, still it’s so excited not only to be ―2nd to none‖ but also we make progress in every evaluation criterion!!! We do want to thank all EBT’s & all CCLCers’ assistance. Particularly, Jessica deemed it a terrific image improvement of AIESEC towards our school. Besides, the awesome prize of CE also has positive effect when we apply for Club Office or other financial support from NCCU.

For the sake of making the review meeting more interesting, we three people went to 聖保羅 Italian restaurant to review the CE and chat as well. It’s so happy not to do it in LOHAS Building or online meeting BTW, Janet ordered spaghetti with olive oil. The taste was umm… I think people can try it next time if your taste is light.

 National Tourism Forum-快樂雲

National Tourism Forum is ended at 5/5 successfully. The well-known blogger Kuai-Le-Yun came to share her special traveling experiences. The time when the bear appeared in front of she suddenly, the children in República de Guatemala celebrate their birthday with a paper-made doll and how she discovered one McDonalds provides the view of volcano for the customers… etc. Kuai-Le-Yun is so energetic and her sharing is so interesting that the forum is full of laughing. We held this forum for setting a branding. Through the sharing we want to make the audience have an idea for going abroad, more, our DT program will be one of their choices.

It’s our first time have a cooperation with vNCCU, the radio station. They had broadcast the information about our forum during the daily programs this time. And we are looking forward more synergy in the future for sure. The huge Jansport backpack made a very good impression as well. It also became one of the hot news on BBS. Tree Program will help you fulfill this dream. If you feel disquiet about your life in AIESEC, feel disappointed about what you do or what you expect, or you just don’t have any idea of your future plan, TM, this program, can help you find your own way. This program like coaching combines mentoring. The job of a coach is helping you finish your job or work in the right way; he or she gives 9


advice to you. And a mentor just helps you find your own way. He or she doesn’t give you correct answer.

In the end of this semester, every middle structure and VP will do 360 degree GCM (Global Competency Model) to let them know more and clear about your competency. Most of you are already did the Goal Setting part. I think you already have nice talk with your Gardener, right? Then the Review & AIESEC career part you will have more time to chat with them. They will always support you. So, who will be the ―gardener‖ approaching you??? TM will assign talented, friendly and sensitive people beside you. They are your friends and gardener (because all of us are Apples). Ivy- everyone in the Project will know how cut and passionate she is Sherry- a lovely and warm girl, but she can only take care of members in OGX-DT Chantel- energetic, this word, just represents her. Only ER and AC members can get this kind of atmosphere from her.

Sima- ICX members will see me very often :D Annie-our boss VP TM Annie, OGX-3T members are her Apple Trees. How lucky you are.

 Golden Apple Award Fashion farmer, Chantel, from TM is responsible for holding Golden Apple Award (GAA) for this time! This semester, taking the position as PA manager, I have the chance to arrange Golden Apple Award (GAA) with all other farmers from TM. In my notion, the importance of GAA is to recognize the hard work of members. It’s the time for everyone to look back and see what you have done and learned during the semester. Furthermore, we give winners awards to show our appreciation. For this semester, we alter the winning criteria a bit. For most of the prizes, we focus on not only the execution rate but also one’s participant. We hope that members can understand the value of joining every LC activities, but not to emphasize on self’s work only. The other goal we want to achieve for this semester is that we want to tempt more members to join the ceremony. As a result, we create a lottery game to allure all of you! We hope that everyone can celebrate together, because we are like a family which family members share sorrow, happiness, and honor together. Although only a few members can win the awards, for others who don’t win can still cheer for your teammates and friends. Most importantly, GAA is way beyond a ceremony held only to praise those who work hard. Deep in the heart of every farmer from TM, GAA is also a ceremony that can motivate members to strive for excellent. If you don’t win any prize for this time, keep in mind that how badly you hope you were the one standing on the stage to receive the praise. The feeling will definitely trigger everyone’s ambition to fight for the following year. Hard-working farmers from TM are using all our might, preparing for GAA. If you want to show everyone that you are now a well-grown APPLE, please attend GAA!

當時光不斷往前走,總不免讓人有人事已非的感嘆,但曾經真心喜愛過、 用青春與它相伴的地方,烙印下的是永遠思念的印記。這印記,牽起了二十年 來 AIESEC 政大分會的重要一脈,這也是為何在今年台灣十五個分會中,只有 政大分會擁有「資深會員管理部門」,因為這一血脈建立不易,更須用心呵護 維持。 每年春夏交替、季節更嬗,正是 Alumni Reunion 登場的時刻,今年選在 溫馨小巧的 Kimmy Drink&Food 舉行,最特別的是,今年有別於以往的請到 了多位創會前期的學長們一起同歡,這些重量級的學長姐們齊聚一堂,真的讓 我們這些小朋友大開眼界!他們可都已是企業裡不可或缺的重要人物了呢!

在 Reunion 中,除了必備的分會報告—讓學長姐們更了解現在這個大家 庭的變化與運行的方式,我們還準備了小小的遊戲--「大富翁驚奇之旅」來活 絡現場氣氛、拉近彼此的距離。沒想到學長姐們玩得比 Member 還認真,而 且學長姐們都能迅速的猜出答案,不管是影片名稱、歌曲名……等!果真薑還 是老的辣,後輩望塵莫及啊!:D

最後登場的當然就是 Sharing 時間囉!原本擔心場面會冷掉、大家會不知 道要聊什麼?但後來發現真的是我們多心了,現場的大家聊到忘我,學長姐們 被學弟妹團團包圍,不管是 AIESEC 生活的分享、AIESEC 道路的選擇、面對的 瓶頸,甚或是對於未來人生規畫的疑問,各式各樣的問題通通拋出來向學長姐 討教,學長姐們也用他們人生的經驗與智慧向學弟妹分享、提供建議,甚至邀 請學弟妹到他們的辦公室、公司去拜訪、聽演講,其中創會會長—許學勇學長 還邀請 1011 和 1112 的 EB 們再到他們家去唱 KTV 呢!(小小爆料一下,學長 雖然都成爸爸了,但他超會唱年輕人的歌喔!舉凡周杰倫、王力宏都難不倒 他!厲害厲害!XD) 學長姐如此開放的態度讓學弟妹們都卸下緊張的心防,滔滔不絕的向大師 們請益,就連我自己也趁機會請學長‖開示‖了一個多小時,讓我知道自己該 怎麼去調整才可以突破自己的瓶頸。

說,這樣血脈相連、代代傳承的精神,永遠都會繼續流傳下去!這也是政大人 最驕傲的地方!透過分會每一屆的努力,讓學長姐們不論畢業多久,只要累 了,就可以回家看看,也讓在分會當中的 Member 們,有機會從前人的成功 經驗中汲取養分,創造下一個輝煌的時期!AIESEC CCLC 在每個世代繼續 Rock 下去吧!

Q1. 請問您覺得 Leadership Role 的角色是什麼? 出社會後,會發現要讓事情圓滿、有成就感,主要關鍵不在事情,而是在人。 就事情而言,必須要有專業能力,但只有專業能力是不夠的,更要懂得對人處理 的智慧。不管是客戶、長官或同事,每個人都有不同的角度,不同的價值觀,因 此要從講話、眼神、任何行為的蛛絲馬跡,去理解、去溝通。Leadership,不 管對事或對人,都要有高超的敏感度。

Q2. 您如何作時間規劃? 時間規劃有兩個層次。第一個層次:按照 24 小時分配時間,並善用工具, 在工作上提升您的效率,譬如可以用 Google 行事曆 。第二個層次更重要:如 何用最短的時間完成最多的事情。必須先理解事情的優先順序,知道什麼事先 做、什麼事後做。最後,要能預見問題、防止發生。例如,當你能夠預見問題時, 會發現有些會議其實是沒有必要開的,也因此增加了工作的效率。 15


Q3. 請問您創業的過程? 我一開始創業是這樣的。早年我在雜誌工作,後來因為一群工作者的要求。 創立了一份專門談創業的雜誌。而從談創業的雜誌開始,到現在創立甦活,專門 為中小企業的品牌輔導,中間經歷了很多挫折。 創業這件事情,很辛苦,辛苦的過程當中,要有最壞的準備。創業就像參加 一個旅行團,不過是「地獄旅行團」。創業不像普通上班一樣,只要各就各位, 做好主管交代的事情就好;而是要有擔當、什麼都要懂,因為所有的事情都屬於 你。但是,這個地獄是精采的,每天都有問題來考驗你,在這鍛練當中,修練出 一個人的智慧。不過,最好自己要有承受的範圍。 創業最大的禁忌是,不要一開始就想當鴻鵠。然而,當你隱約看到前方有亮 光時,不要猶豫,就試試看;如果不可以,就從小處做起。就算碰到很多跌跌撞 撞,沒關係,勇敢跨越它!!

Q4. 那您鼓勵年輕人創業嗎? 我不會堅持年輕人一定要創業,很少人一次創業就成功,失敗的原因,有可 能是底撐不住,或扛不起責任。建議趁著年輕的時候,會的東西越多越好,但是 每項都要專心且專一。每當學習一樣東西時,都要徹徹底底的學會它。專業越多、 功力越強,就能創建出自己的獨門功夫,我稱它為「專業組合」 。學了 A、學了 B、 學了 C,若能把 ABC 淬鍊融合,就能創造無人能敵的蓋世奇功。

Q5. 當今越來越多人談論文創產業,您覺得台灣未來有什麼優勢? 中國在以前,經歷了文革,在文化傳承產生了斷層,年輕人也對文化感到陌 生,要重新建立起這個斷層需要很多時間。相反地,垂直而言,台灣在中華文化 沒有斷層,保有最正統的中華文化;橫向而言,淬煉融合西方的文化,創造出異 領域的碰撞。

Q6. 若想從事文創產業,該如何培養自己的競爭力? 1. 具備內涵 不見得台灣每個人都有這樣能力,不過相對中國大陸,人才的確是比較多。 2. 知道自己的強項 文化是個很抽象的名詞,很多元,因此要知道自己的強項,才能在這塊領域

擁有競爭力。 3. 將強項作排列組合 譬如有些人對於文字很敏感,有些人對於美學或設計有自己的想法,又有些 人對歷史典故有興趣。如果能夠把這些能力做排列組合,就能有自己占據的 位置。 4. 主動的精神 我在日常生活中就很喜歡文學、唐詩宋詞、看小說,或是去藝術畫展。主動 去吸收養分很重要。 5. 轉化的能力 扮演鍾子期的角色。還記得鍾子期和俞伯牙的故事嗎?一日晉臣俞伯牙在漢江 彈琴,鍾子期聽到聲音說:「巍巍乎若高山,蕩蕩乎若流水。」兩人結為金蘭, 相約翌年中秋節再見。屆時,俞伯牙依期赴約,但鍾子期已去世。俞伯牙得知鍾 子期死後,俞伯牙認為世間再無知音,一生不再鼓琴。因此,要理解客戶想要

表達的,並翻譯給一般民眾消費者聽,讓他們理解,成為他們的知音。如何 去把文創的精神底蘊轉化成民眾語言,是最重要的課題。

8.最後請您給年輕人一些勉勵!! NIKE 有一句名言:JUST DO IT!! 不要問太多,做就是了!!從做中學,不要 問能學到什麼才要做,做就是了!!

Hey AIESEC! How are you today? I am Helen, 1112VPICX elected. I major in business administration as a sophomore now. I’ve joined AIESEC CCLC for two years since I was a freshman; and I am a totally ICXer (haha). I like to travel and make friends all around the world:D

So what’s my vision for ICX in 1112? Of course what we wish the most must be make exchange happen. More than that, I hope everyone here can see and feel the exchange value. To bring in this motivation, I hope that we can have more activities with trainees involved in; know them better and see what the experience they’ve got during this internship, since we have so many trainees this semester! We have trainees from USA, Russia and Brazil. These are our efforts, which make it happen, so we get to enjoy it! In other hands, to make exchange realize, we still have to increase our exposure and popularity to companies and potential partners. We get to make more people know AIESEC and also ―GIP‖(Global Internship Program). This year, we will focus on and target some industries to sell our product. Hope that we can learn knowledge on those industries and improve our skills to promote ―GIP‖ at the same time. Let’s go 1112! ICX ROCKS!

I am passionate, professional, hard-working. Hi everyone  I’m Fieja, VP OGX DT elect. As you all know, I’m an energetic and crazy person. In fact, it’s your pleasure to find that I’m a crazy person because I won’t be like this at first. Therefore, if you get to know me, you’ll get many surprises in any way. XD

Dream fulfiller makes global change agents. In next year, of course, my first goal is to achieve 70 realizations in DT includes X+LR more than 20. It’s quite a big mission for OGX DT but we believe we’ll make it. Therefore we’ll put emphasis on three parts, the growth of X+LR, the expansion of media channels, web exposure and product-customized. We believe GIP, the most important product of AIESEC will change not only the EPs but also the whole world.

Chase is the name I carry and adventure in AIESEC world. If you are hungry, you can all me ―切絲‖. If you are in a bad mood, you can call me‖去 死‖.If you think it’s too complicated above, you can call me ―追‖ XD I’m interested in Adventuring, and can’t live without Sashimi in my life. Now, my life passion is in 6 words – AIESEC!! Come on, join us , 1112 CCLC will definitely rock the world!!! ― AIESEC is the First Dream Place for every NCCU student‖. This is the vision of 1112 ER function, that through clear branding and clear product positioning, every NCCU student will consider AIESEC CCLC as their dream place, no matter when they want to go Exchange or become a LEADER. ER function will strive for excellence to achieve our vision!!! But how??? We’ll follow the two directions to draw our breathtaking picture: 1. Efficient Communication drive up Public Relation. In 1112 term, we’ll build up communication system for all CCLC’s stakeholders, such as integrate and transparent LC official website, high quality Customer Relationship Management and high quality media exposure. Also, we’ll develop and strengthen campus relationship, such as come up with synergy with administration offices and cooperation with student clubs. 2. Clear Branding based on Clear Product positioning. In 1112 term, we’ll launch Market analysis in NCCU to discover the true demand of NCCU. Also, all the functions will be re-positioning. We’ll create function PR events to enhance our branding image and most importantly, 21


increase our X number. Also, in our own function, will receive Branding Education and have branding courses! Hey AIESEC!! If any of you’re interested in Brand, in Design, in Marketing, in Public Relation, come and join ER Family!! If any of you have crazy ideas, love people, think yourself so sexy, so unique, come and join ER Family!! If you are in other functions, it doesn’t matter at all!! Just join if you love!! iHola! I'm Lynn 涂(ㄊㄨˊ)凌瑄, your 1112 VP AC, i'm major in Spanish now. When i was a freshman, I joined AIESEC in order to travel to another country. Although the dream hasn't been realized, different experiences in AIESEC have given me more.

The goal of 1112 is to make Alumni and CCLC a big family. In 1112, AC will offer Alumni more opportunities to meet their old friends and know more about CCLC. Besides, in 1112 AC will also offer you more opportunities to interact with them. If you want to understand more about different industries... If you are confused about your future... If you meet bottleneck in your life.... If you just want to hear some stories about different lives.....
