GEORGETOWN SQUARED SEATTLE, WA Georgetown Squared is a 5-story, 280,000 sf building remodeled to include a new entrance and lobby, conference center, fitness center, locker rooms and showers in addition to new restrooms on each floor. KING COUNTY PUBLIC DEFENDERS SEATTLE, WA This project was a 3 floor tenant improvement to consolidate the King County Public Defenders operations within the historic Dexter Horton Building. Work included the demolition and construction of new partitions/ceilings and was completed in two phases, the second of which involved two occupied floors.

SERTA SIMMONS WAREHOUSE PUYALLUP, WA This project was a $5.5M, 272,000 sf warehouse tenant improvement for Serta Simmons Bedding. Scope of work included the installation of new dock equipment, compressed air system, complete HVAC system, power and distribution for all equipment, as well as a full buildout of a 12,000 sf office space

H5 DATA CENTER SEATTLE, WA This project involved the conversion of the 1st floor at 1000 Denny from a wine storage facility to a data center. Scope of work included a new mechanical system, consisting of a 120 ton chiller, 60 AHUs, and all associated chilled water piping and duct. A new electrical system, consisting of a new generator, electrical room for UPS, switchgear, battery packs, and other equipment is also being installed.
