SPECTRUM DERMATOLOGY SEATTLE, WA Construction of a new dermatology clinic on Seattle's first hill. Project scope included a new entry, waiting and reception area, eight exam rooms, two doctors offices, a sterile laundry area, and staff lounge and administrative areas.

NORM MALENG SEATTLE, WA Inpatient expansion building for Harborview Medical Center. Project scope included 3 tunnels tying the new patient tower to the rest of the campus as well as a 6-story, 35-feet wide, skybridge that was erected over a temporary platform. The inpatient expansion building includes 8 new operating rooms, post-op and pre-op areas, a pneumatic tube delivery system, psychiatric ward, Intensive Care Unit, and Central Sterile Unit with med-gas throughout. *Venture staff completed this project with a previous employer.

UW PRIMATE RESEARCH CENTER SEATTLE, WA Venture recently upgraded the biomedical research lab space at the Washington National Primate Research Center building. 9TH & JEFFERSON SEATTLE, WA 14-story LEED Silver certified medical office building. The project houses retail space, loading docks and materials management capacity to serve Harborview Medical Center campus. Tenant build outs included MRI suite, PET/CT suite, University of Washington Wet Labs, King County Medical Examiner, Involuntary Treatment Act Court Room, STD Clinic, Sleep Clinic, Hand Clinic, 3 Floors of IT offices and two data centers. Exterior finishes include curtainwall, brick masonry and stone. *Venture staff completed this project with a previous employer.
