KidsOutdoors

Why not spend an evening letting the group suggest their own ideas for fundraising… Ideas could include washing cars, coffee morning, jumble sale, fun runs, quiz games & supermarket bag packing.

Free Places & Reductions

Fundraising is an essential part of planning a tour for many groups and can be a great team building exercise which not only helps the group bond before travelling abroad together but also gives members of the group a sense of achievement by knowing that they have helped contribute towards the holiday of a lifetime. It is also very beneficial if you are looking to apply for grants as it shows that you are being pro-active in supporting the funding for the tour.

It is important that all parents and guardians are both aware and consent to the fundraising events that you decide on and that all legal implications, such as insurance and the necessary licences are in place.

KidsOutdoors is a campaign led by The Scout Association to encourage more young people to do more outdoor activities. It aims to encourage one million new outdoor adventures, highlight the skills gained through outdoor activities and raise funs for outdoor activities for young people locally and nationally. Venture Abroad are proud to support the Scout Association with their campaign.

· 21 - 30 passengers = the leader travels at 50% of the tour price · 31 - 36 passengers = 1 free place · 37 – 42 passengers = 2 free places · 43+ passengers = 3 free places If you have 20+ paying passengers, the named party leader may also take their children for half price.

For further information please contact Venture Abroad.

(Maximum of two children both under 16yrs allowed). Please note that free places do not apply to tours to Disneyland Paris and to any tours that do not feature in this brochure.

s tour inclusion All Tours · Accommodation as detailed · Full board is offered or included in all resorts (breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal)* · Tourist Taxes · Full itinerary planning · Re-assurance of our 24 hour emergency contact service · Detailed resort information pack · Complimentary drawstring bag per passenger (for every tour advertised in this brochure) *(see paragraph on pages 10 and 11 regarding meals in Switzerland)

The Scout Association

The Scout Association has enjoyed a successful partnership with Venture Abroad for almost ten years. This has helped increase the international opportunities for all members of the Scout Movement by not only providing the knowledge, experience and support that is required when organising a group holiday, but also due to the set up of the Venture Abroad International Fund to which Venture Abroad contributes annually. Over the past year, several groups have benefited from the fund and it has enabled them to visit Europe and further afield. For further information on receiving funding for your next international camp, please contact the Scout Association.

* Discover the real Spain

* Experienced guides and top quality equipment allow you to enjoy all activities fully

Discover a part of Spain which you never knew existed. A mere 2 hours by plane will land you in north-east Spain, a region largely undiscovered by tourists. You will stay in a centre on the edge of Banyoles, a town best known for its lake and water sports. Hire a canoe or rowing boat and follow in the waves of professional rowers. You can also go for a swim in the lake of Banyoles. If you prefer dry land, take one of the many paths around the lake and absorb the stunning mountainous landscape that surrounds you. The adventure continues at a nearby activity centre. Here you will find a high rope assault course and other activities such as archery and rock climbing. For an exhilarating experience, try your hand at canyoning – abseil down rock faces, swim through the river, wade through waterfalls and climb down the valley for a truly unique experience. You can also try out water trekking. Be picked up by a 4x4 vehicle and travel to a crystal clear river, which you will then climb, swim and trek through. A visit to the region’s capital, Barcelona will add a cultural element to your week, or a visit to the coastal town of Tossa De Mar will reveal the beauty of Spain’s coastline.

TO ENJOY SOME VERY SPECIAL

2010 is an extremely special year for all members of Girlguiding UK! 100 years will have passed since the original movement was formed to bring us to where we are today surrounded by adventurous and outgoing young girls who relish the challenges and opportunities that come from being part of Girlguiding UK! For 40 of those very special years Venture Abroad has worked with members of Girlguiding UK to arrange European and international opportunities for thousands of groups and 2010 will offer us all the opportunity to enjoy some very special international travel experiences. Venture Abroad shall, during this coming year, be announcing a number of European opportunities that will form our “Venturing into 2010” travel programme, celebrating 100 years of Guiding and creating lifetime memories for all involved – nothing less should be expected from such a special year! Whether your group are keen and avid travellers who frequently travel to foreign climes, or whether you’ve been contemplating the opportunities of a first time expedition for your group, now is the time to start “Venturing into 2010!” Over the next few months we will be fine-tuning our “Venturing into 2010” programme and we would like to keep you up to date with what is happening and, as details are confirmed, we want you to be the first to know! By signing up for our “Venturing into 2010” newsletter you can be confident that you will receive all the information you will need in order to organise the perfect centenary trip for your group. The first “Venturing into 2010” newsletter will be posted or e-mailed to you in September 2008, packed with ideas for fundraising, how to enthuse girls and parents to make the most of the European opportunities available to them and, most importantly to you as the group leader, an insight into where you can go, what you can do and how to go about organising it all! We want to support you and work with you towards offering your girls a once in a lifetime opportunity - by “Venturing into 2010!”

Booking Conditions 1. DEPOSITS AND BALANCE (a) For Coach Tours: A deposit of £20 per person paying is required, together with a signed booking form. A second deposit of £50 per person paying is required 8 weeks later. The balance will be due 10 weeks before the tour begins. These dates may be varied at the discretion of the company, in which case the cancellation and compensation scales in paragraphs 4 and 5 will be regarded as having been altered accordingly. All payments should be made on one cheque to VENTURE ABROAD LTD. (b) For Air Tours: The first deposit is £100 (£150 per person for Canada and New Zealand) per person if using a regular scheduled airline. If using a low cost airline, the first deposit is £200 per person, which is non refundable in the event of cancellation after the flights have been purchased. The second deposit for all air tours is £100 per person. If we do not receive all payments due (including any surcharge where applicable) in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date. If we do not cancel straight away because you have promised to make payment, you must pay the cancellation charges shown in clause 5 pending on the date we reasonably treat your booking as cancelled. All bookings are subject to these booking conditions. By making a booking with us you are assumed to have read and accepted these conditions. If you have any queries regarding any of these conditions you must contact us prior to making your booking. 2. YOUR CONTRACT A binding contract between us comes into existence when we dispatch your confirmation letter to the party leader. This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by English Law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arising out of or in connection with this contract or your holiday will be dealt with under the ABTA Arbitration Scheme (see clause 7) or by the Courts of England and Wales only. (Unless, in the case of court proceedings, you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland. In this case, proceedings may be brought in the Courts of your home country. If proceedings are brought in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may choose to have your contract governed by the law of Scotland / Northern Ireland as applicable). 3. BROCHURE PRICES The prices shown in our brochure were calculated on 9th Jan 2008 on the basis of then known costs and exchange rates of £1 to 1.33 Euro/ 1.97 CAD/ 2.18 CHF/ 127.06 ISK/ 14.93 MAD as shown in the Financial Times Guide to World Currencies on 9 Jan 2008. We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in advertised prices at any time before your holiday is confirmed. We will advise you of any error of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking. Once a booking has been confirmed our right to impose a surcharge is restricted to the circumstances below. (a) We retain the right to levy a surcharge should our costs increase as a result of increases in fuel prices or action taken by UK or foreign governments, including increases in Britain and EC taxes. (b) In any event we will absorb any increases up to 2% of the tour price (which excludes insurance premiums). Only amounts in excess of 2% will be passed on in the form of a surcharge. For coach tours we guarantee that any surcharge made will not exceed £1.50 per day per paying passenger. (c) If the surcharge would result in you paying more than 10% of the holiday price then you will be entitled to cancel your holiday with a full refund of all monies paid (except for any premium paid to us for tour insurance). Should you decide to exercise this right you must do so within 14 days of the issue date printed on the invoice. (d) We guarantee also that no surcharges will be made within 30 days of your departure but in return for this guarantee and our maximum surcharge policy we will not be able to make any refunds as a result of reductions in cost. 4. IF WE HAVE TO ALTER OR CANCEL YOUR TOUR (a) We start planning the holidays we offer many months in advance. Occasionally, we have to make changes to and correct errors in brochure and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed bookings. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so. However, we promise we will only cancel your confirmed booking 10 weeks or less before departure where you have failed to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time) or where we are forced to do so as a result of ‘force majeure’ as defined below. We will not cancel after this date for any other reason. (b) Most changes are minor. Occasionally, we have to make a ‘significant change’. ‘Significant changes’ means the following changes when made before departure; a change of accommodation to that of a lower classification or standard for the whole or a major part of the time you are away, a change of accommodation area for the whole or a major part of the time you are away, a change of outward departure time or overall length of time you are away of 24 or more hours. (this list is by way of example and not by way of limitation). If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you no later than 14 days before departure. If there is time to do so before departure, we will offer you the choice of the following options: i) (for significant changes) accepting the changed arrangements or ii) purchasing an alternative holiday from us, of a similar standard to that originally booked (if available) or iii) cancelling or accepting the cancellation in which case you will receive a full refund of all monies you have paid to us within 10 days of receiving notification to cancel. Please note, these options are not available where any change made is a minor one. (c) If we have to make a significant change or cancel before departure, we will pay reasonable compensation where appropriate, depending on the circumstances and when the significant change or cancellation is notified to you. Compensation will not be payable and no liability beyond offering the above mentioned choices can be accepted where we are forced to make a change or cancel as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which we could not have avoided even with all due care. No compensation will be payable and the above options will not be available if we cancel as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time). In all cases, our liability for significant changes and cancellations is limited to offering you the above mentioned options and, where applicable, compensation payments. We regret we cannot pay any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation. Very rarely, we may be forced by ‘force majeure’ (see below) to change or terminate your holiday after departure but before the scheduled end of your time away. This is extremely unlikely but if this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds (unless we obtain any refunds from our suppliers), pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result. (d) Force Majeure. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss (as more fully described in clause 11 (a) below) as a result of ‘force majeure’. In these Booking Conditions, ‘force majeure’ means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. 5. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR TOUR A cancellation is a withdrawal from the tour of one or more persons without replacement. IT IS VITAL THAT ANY CANCELLATIONS ARE ADVISED TO US IN WRITING BY THE PARTY LEADER AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY US. ONLY THEN IS THE CANCELLATION VALID. Naturally, we hope that it will not become necessary for you to cancel your reservations, but sometimes circumstances make this inevitable. In most cases, however, such cancellations are covered by the excellent insurance cover each party member holds with us, but if this is not the case, cancellation charges will be levied as follows:(a) Before final payment is due (i.e. more than 70 days before departure): if any paying person cancels after booking, the full deposit(s) may be retained to cover any costs incurred (if applicable).. If a suitable substitute is accepted by us before the date for final payment, the deposit(s) may be transferred accordingly. (b) After final payment is due: if any paying person cancels after payment is due, and no suitable substitute is immediately available, cancellation charges will be levied as follows: Period before scheduled departure within Amount of Cancellation charge which written notification is received by (expressed as a percentage of the Venture Abroad Ltd. total holiday cost) 70-15 days before departure: 75% 14-1 day(s) before departure : 90% Departure date or after: 100%

(c) Affecting minimum size of party: if any cancellation brings the number of the group members below the number required for a particular tour price, or a particular set of concessions for accompanying adults, the tour price and concessions will be adjusted accordingly. 6. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE We are available 24 hours per day and will do our utmost to resolve complaints quickly and amicably. Whilst on tour, if you have no tour escort, any complaints should first be raised with the supplier concerned e.g. hotelier, coach driver. If the matter is not settled quickly please inform our office immediately. If the complaint remains unsolved or you were unable to contact us the complaint must be put in writing to our company within 28 days of the date of return. If you fail to follow this simple complaints procedure, your right to claim the compensation you may otherwise have been entitled to may be affected or even lost as a result. 7. ARBITRATION Disputes arising out of, or in connection with, this contract which cannot be amicably settled may be referred to arbitration, if the customer so wishes, under a special Scheme arranged by the Association of British Travel Agents, and administered independently by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The scheme provides for a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability on the customer in respect of costs. Full details will be provided on request or can be obtained from the ABTA website (www.abta.com). The Scheme does not apply to claims for an amount greater than £5,000 per person. There is also a limit of £25,000 per booking form. Neither does it apply to claims which are solely in respect of physical injury or illness or their consequences. The Scheme can however deal with compensation claims which include an element of minor injury or illness subject to a limit of £1,000 on the amount the arbitrator can award per person in respect of this element. The application for arbitration and Statement of Claim must be received by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators within nine months of the date of return from the holiday or the events giving rise to the dispute, whichever is the later. Outside this time limit arbitration under the Scheme may still be available if the company agrees, but the ABTA Code does not require such agreement. 8. INSURANCE The premium for personal insurance for each member of the party is included in the cost of the tour (unless otherwise stated in your quotation). It is important that you read and understand the Insurance Policy wording on our website www.rayburntours.com to ensure that it is suitable for all persons travelling. If for any reason it is not, you must arrange alternative insurance cover. If you do not have access to the internet, a full copy of the insurance is available on request. Full details of the cover are sent to all parties travelling with us. The principal items covered are:Medical expenses: Personal accident: Cancellation and curtailment of the holiday: Personal property: Personal/Organiser’s liability:

up to £5 million up to £25K up to £5K up to £1,500 up to £5 million

9. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY The Tour Leader officially in charge of the group and whose signature is on the booking form warrants that full supervision of the group will be exercised at all times. The Leader also warrants that at least one accompanying Leader will be on duty at all times throughout the duration of the tour. The Leaders are responsible for the good behaviour and discipline of the group throughout the tour. No group member under 18 years will be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages without prior written consent of the parent/guardian, no member of the group shall be permitted to smoke in the bedrooms or otherwise cause fire hazards. The leader also warrants that all group members are made positively aware of the above obligations prior to the tour commencement. Group leaders are requested to read the pre-tour safety information provided in the confirmation pack. Further details of Venture Abroad Safety Management System are available on request. Please ensure that all party members are made aware of Venture Abroad’s code of conduct prior to travel. This is included in your confirmation pack. 10. DATA PROTECTION In order to process your booking and to ensure your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special / dietary requirements etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/ immigration if required by them, or as required by law. Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA) controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary / religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.) Your data controller is Venture Abroad Ltd. You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us. If you would like to see this please contact us (we may make a small charge for providing this to you). If this is wrong, then it will be amended without delay. You are given the right to opt out of future marketing approaches at the time of information collection. 11. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU (a) We promise to make sure that all parts of the tour we have agreed to arrange, perform or provide as part of our contract with you are arranged, performed or provided with reasonable skill and care. We will accept responsibility if any death, personal injury, failure or deficiency of your tour arrangements is caused by any failure by ourselves or our employees (providing they were at the time acting within the course of their employment) or our agents or suppliers (as applicable) to use reasonable skill and care in performing or providing the service in question. Please note, it is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make a claim. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example, loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: i) the fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or ii) the fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your Tour which we could not have predicted or avoided or iii) an event or circumstance which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care (see clause 4(d) Force Majeure) or iv) the fault of anyone who is not carrying out work for us (generally or in particular) at the time. In addition, we will not be responsible where you do not enjoy your Tour or suffer any problems because of a reason you did not tell us about when you booked your Tour or where any problems you suffer did not result from any breach of our contract or other fault of ourselves or, where we were responsible for them, our suppliers or agents or where any losses, expenses, costs or other sum you have suffered relate to any business. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services or facilities which your hotel or any other supplier agrees to provide for you where the services or facilities are not advertised in our brochure and we have not agreed to arrange them and any excursion you purchase in resort. In addition, regardless of any wording used by us on our website, in any of our brochures or elsewhere, we only promise to use reasonable skill and care as set out above and we do not have any greater or different liability to you. (b) The promises we make to you about the services we have agreed to provide or arrange as part of our contract, and the laws and regulations of the country in which your claim or complaint occurred, will be used as the basis for deciding whether the services in question had been properly provided. If the particular services which gave rise to the claim or complaint complied with local laws and regulations applicable to those services at the time, the services will be treated as having been properly provided. This will be the case even if the services did not comply with the laws and regulations of the UK which would have applied had those services been provided in the UK. The exception to this is where the claim or complaint concerns the absence of a safety feature which might lead a reasonable holiday maker to refuse to take the Tour in question. The exception to this is the absence of seatbelts on coaches contracted outside the UK, as this is not a legal requirement in mainland Europe / Iceland. (c) We limit the amount we may have to pay you for any and all claims or parts of claims which do not involve personal injury, illness or death. Except where loss of and / or damage to luggage

or personal possessions is concerned or a lower limitation of liability applies to your claim, the maximum amount we will have to pay you for such non personal injury claims if we are found liable to you on any basis is twice the total holiday cost (excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges) paid by or on behalf of the person(s) affected in total. This maximum amount will only be payable where everything has gone wrong and you have not received any benefit at all from your Tour. Where we are found liable for loss of and / or damage to any luggage or personal possessions (including money), the maximum amount we will have to pay you is £1,500 per person affected as you are assumed to have taken out adequate insurance at the time of booking. Please also see clause 11 (d) below. (d) Where any claim or part of a claim (including those involving death or personal injury) concerns or is based on any travel arrangements (including the process of getting on and / or off the transport concerned) provided by any air, sea, rail or road carrier or any stay in a hotel, the maximum amount of compensation we will have to pay you will be limited. The most we will have to pay you for that claim or that part of a claim if we are found liable to you on any basis is the most the carrier or hotel keeper concerned would have to pay under the international convention or regulation which applies to the travel arrangements or hotel stay in question (for example, the Warsaw Convention as amended or unamended and the Montreal Convention for international travel by air and/or for airlines with an operating licence granted by an EU country, the EC Regulation on Air Carrier Liability No 889/2002 for national and international travel by air, the Athens convention for international travel by sea). Please note: Where a carrier or hotel would not be obliged to make any payment to you under the applicable International Convention or Regulation in respect of a claim or part of a claim, we similarly are not obliged to make a payment to you for that claim or part of the claim. When making any payment, we are entitled to deduct any money which you have received or are entitled to receive from the transport provider or hotelier for the complaint or claim in question. Copies of the applicable International Conventions and Regulations are available from us on request. (e) This clause 11 is intended to set out our obligations to you as a tour operator / organiser in the light of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. Please note, we regret we cannot make any payment to you or any member of your party if the person concerned is not entitled to one from us under these Regulations. (f) You must provide ourselves and our insurers with all assistance we may reasonably require. You must also tell us and the supplier concerned about your claim or complaint as set out in clause 12 below. If asked to do so, you must transfer to us or our insurers any rights you have against the supplier or whoever else is responsible for your claim or complaint (if the person concerned is under 18, their parent or guardian must do so). You must also agree to co-operate fully with us and our insurers if we or our insurers want to enforce any rights which are transferred. 12. INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH NOT RESULTING FROM THE HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS If you or any member of your party suffers illness, injury or death, through misadventure, as a result of an activity which does not form part of your contracted Tour arrangements, we will provide you with all reasonable assistance. This assistance may include our making a contribution towards your legal costs in taking action against the person(s) responsible providing you request this within 90 days of the incident in question. All assistance (financial or otherwise) is subject to our reasonable discretion and a maximum total cost to ourselves of £5,000 per booking form. If you are entitled to have any costs and expenses arising from such an incident met by or from any insurance policy or if you obtain a costs order against anyone in relation to the incident, you must repay to us the costs and expenses we spend in assisting you. 13. TRAVEL DELAY In the event that the scheduled departure time of a pre-booked aircraft, sea vessel or Eurostar train, on which you have arranged to travel on the first outward bound leg or final return leg to or from the UK is delayed for at least 8 consecutive hours due to industrial action, mechanical breakdown or adverse weather conditions, you will be entitled to £20 for the reasonable cost of additional food or drink or accommodation which is not recoverable from elsewhere (see below). If the delay continues, we will pay up to a further amount of £20 for each complete period of 12 hours up to a maximum of £100. NB. If your flight is cancelled or delayed, your flight ticket is downgraded or boarding is denied by your airline in circumstances which would entitle you to claim compensation against the airline under EC Regulation No 261/2004 - the Denied Boarding Regulations 2004, you must pursue the airline for the compensation due to you. All sums you receive or are entitled to receive from the airline concerned by virtue of these Regulations represent the full amount of your entitlement to compensation or any other payment arising from such cancellation, delay, downgrading or denied boarding. This includes any disappointment, distress, inconvenience or effect on any other arrangements. The fact a delay may entitle you to cancel your flight does not automatically entitle you to cancel any other arrangements even where those arrangements have been made in conjunction with your flight. We have no liability to make any payment to you in relation to the Denied Boarding Regulations or in respect of any flight cancellation or delay, downgrading of any flight ticket or denial of any boarding as the full amount of your entitlement to any compensation or other payment (as dealt with above) is covered by the airline’s obligations under the Denied Boarding Regulations. If, for any reason, you do not claim against the airline and make a claim for compensation from us, you must, at the time of payment of any compensation to you, make a complete assignment to us of the rights you have against the airline in relation to the claim that gives rise to that compensation payment. If your airline does not comply with these rules you should complain to the Air Transport Users’ Council on 020 7240 6061 http://www.auc.org.uk. 14. FLIGHTS In accordance with EU Directive EC No2111/2005 Article 9, we are required to bring to your attention the existence of a ‘Community List’ whichcontains details of all air carriers that are subject to an operating ban with the EU community. The Community List is available for inspection at www.europa.eu.int/comm/transport/air/safety/flywell_en.htm In accordance with EU Regulations we are required to advise you of the carrier(s) (or, if the carrier(s) is not known, the likely carrier(s)) that will operate your flight(s) at the time of booking. Where we are only able to inform you of the likely carrier(s) at the time of booking, we shall inform you of the identity of the actual carrier(s) as soon as we become aware of this. Any changes to the operating carrier(s) after your booking has been confirmed will be notified to you as soon as possible. We are not always in a position at the time of booking to confirm the aircraft type and flight timings which will be used in connection with your flight. The flight timings and types of aircraft shown on our website / brochure and detailed on your confirmation invoice are for guidance only and subject to alteration and confirmation. The latest timings will be shown on your tickets which will be despatched to you approximately two weeks before departure. You must accordingly check your tickets very carefully and immediately on receipt to ensure you have the correct flight times. It is possible that flight times may be changed even after tickets have been despatched. - we will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs. Any change in the identity of the carrier, flight timings and/or aircraft type will not entitle you to cancel or change to other arrangements without paying our normal charges except where specified in these conditions. If the carrier with whom you have a confirmed reservation becomes subject to an operating ban as above as a result of which we / the carrier are unable to offer you a suitable alternative the provisions of clause 4 will apply. 15. LUGGAGE Due to luggage space varying between coach models, we strongly recommend that each passenger restricts their personal luggage to just one item, i.e. a small/medium size soft holdall. Hard cases will not be accepted. 16. CONDITIONS OF SUPPLIERS Many of the services which make up your holiday are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier’s liability to you, usually in accordance with applicable International Conventions (see clause 11 (d)). Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from ourselves or the supplier concerned. 17. SAFETY STANDARDS Please note, it is the requirements and standards of the country in which any services which make up your holiday are provided which apply to those services and not those of the UK. As a general rule, these requirements and standards will not be the same as the UK and may sometimes be lower. For example, some of the coaches we use on our tours are not fitted with seatbelts as this is not a legal requirement of the country(ies) in which the tours are to take place.
