It takes a special type of person to fit the Venterra mold, but each of our employees has their own set of reasons for entrusting us with their current and future career goals. The Venterra difference is the family-like atmosphere which is seen by calling our executives by their first names. I was with the company for two months when our CEO, John Foresi, told me in an impromptu conversation, “at Venterra, there is not one person who is better than another, maybe some are better at one thing, but we all work together to get the job done.” Twelve years later, his words still hold true; we work together and treat each other like family.
