Hello, and welcome to the VegfestUK Sales & Marketing Pack for 2023!
We’ve been keeping ourselves busy (as always) this year, with 4 events - VegfestUK Brighton (April 29th & 30th), Bristol Vegan Fayre (2nd & 3rd September), London Vegan Comedy Festival (30th September & 1st October) and our flagship event VegfestUK London 2023 (18th & 19th November). All this means there’s lots to get involved in as we celebrate our 20th year of vegan events this year!
This pack has information on Marketing options, Sponsorship options & an introduction to and rate cards for each of the remaining 3 events. Print numbers depend on the event, Show Guides are A5 and are used by all visitors at our events. Posted online with social media support.

Sponsorship
Each customisable package includes a Mailchimp to our growing list of 33k subscribers, a page in the event show guide as well as social media and website coverage.

The Main Sponsor for the show! Your presence will be known to every visitor that enters the show, with a combination of pre-show and event perks. Includes a mix of online Marketing, advertising in the Show Guide and branding opportunities throughout.

London Vegan Comedy Festival (& Performing Arts) is a brand new event being held at Kensington Town Hall on the weekend of the 30th & september & 1st October!
This event promises to include a stellar line-up of vegan comedians, musicians & more for a whole day of top quality entertainment.
Kensington Town Hall is in a great location in London and has played host to many vegan events in the past, making it an ideal spot for this brand new event.

VegfestUK London makes it’s return to Olympia this year - this time in the National Hall - on the 18th & 19th November!
The venue is located in a very convenient area of London, with Kensington Train Station right outside the doors, helping to keep the venue full of lovely (and hungry!) visitors throughout most of the day. Underground stations are also nearby.
