Discuss the market outlook for the solutions areas you focus on? Our market focus is split between our existing Enterprise segment customers both private and Government and the fast growing SMB segment especially mid-sized manufacturing units around UAE, Oman and Bahrain. We focus on 3 vertical areas namely ERP and BI solutions, Logistics enabled with Mobility and finally niche vertical solutions in Human Resources, Administration including Visitor Attendance Management and smart cloud based solutions in Education, Lease Management and Retail While the outlook for core ERP tier 1 solutions especially on premise has dropped

considerably, there is renewed interest in mid-tier low end user friendly ERP and analytics solutions with customers on the lookout for an aggressive pricing model for both License and implementation, breaking away from a traditional turnkey approach with a limited onsite services and predominant offshore service and support. We also see a different customer approach with prospects looking at specific customized mobile or analytic solutions for some of their immediate pain areas especially in Field service, Retail CRM, Real time inventory planning, key production data capture direct from machines which can give them a faster ROI rather than waiting endlessly for completion of

large scope projects to get results Have you diversified your focus? We have already identified this paradigm shift last year as the projects were getting deferred with pipelines extending beyond 3-4 months for a decision. Hence we have also moved our focus in the last 6-8 months from large ERP projects to mid-tier ERP segment with Infor Industrial and Business Cloud suites (also available on Premise) backed up by a new fast track implementation approach with thrust on knowledge transfer to key users and an affordable TCO which is 25-35% lesser than the usual ERP implementation costs. the Free Zone companies especially in Northern Emirates and Oman who are still using small inventory/accounting solutions or an old legacy platform in this area To add value to our existing customer base, who are already running ERP for years, we are now developing small add on mobile solutions in specific pain areas which they have shared with us with a front end dash board and a web based middleware framework We have also diversified customers in Government Domain and recently conducted a successful Oracle QA and Audit/documentation project for large federal entity covering Oracle EBS and a whole lot of E services which is
