Volunteers will deliver a 'walk and talk' round the library to explain some of the services and resources on offer to members old and new. West Horsley Evening WI Tuesday 4th June 8pm KSS Air Ambulance joins them to talk about their service which runs more than 2,000 missions per year. They respond to patients who have suffered trauma or serious medical emergencies and provide care day and night throughout the year. On Tuesday 2nd July -'Oh for a slice of Naughty but Nice', a talk by Kate McBain, a Freefrom development Chef and Teacher in Kingston upon Thames which advises you about gluten, wheat and dairy-free diets. Guildford Ramblers Walking Programme Various dates during June With the summer almost here and the countryside looking fresh and colourful, now is a good time to be getting out and enjoying the beautiful views around Guildford. On Wednesday 5th there's a six mile walk across Ludshott Common to Waggoners Wells, then following Cooper's Stream and back via Gentle's Copse. Call Geoff on 07802 622502. On Saturday 15th there's a nine mile walk from Midhurst along the river Rother, call Roger 07905 282658 and on Saturday 29th, there's a nine mile walk from Wotton, through the Abingers to Friday Street, call Richard on 07967 496819.
