Travel Consultant H.I.S. Canada Inc. serves Japanese tourists visiting Canada by offering competitive travel and tour packages. We are seeking two qualified Travel Consultants for our Vancouver office.
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for: 1.assisting and servicing Japanese customers regarding all travel products and services, including sales, business with suppliers, promotions and marketing; 2.providing first class customer service from enquiry to closing the sales and following up in Japanese and English; and 3.servicing and responding to our office in Japan’s travel booking needs on a daily basis. As a candidate, you will: *have a college diploma or travel school degree; *have travel sales experience; *have customer service experience; *be fluent in English and Japanese and be highly knowledgeable about Japanese culture as it influences customers’ vacationing demands; *have a proven aptitude in sales and customer service skills; *have strong communication and interpersonal skills; and *be able to work on statutory holidays (alternate days off will be provided).
