Residential Design

Live / Work Lofts

The live/work lofts consist of three (3) enclosed levels. The ground level contains a workspace which is open and flexible, allowing the owner of the loft to run their small business within. Access to the street or courtyard promotes a strong connection to the community. The second and third levels contain a two story residence. The space embraces the raw, industrial material of the existing structure while being integrated with sleek modern updates. There is a strong contrast of old and new, raw and smooth.

level 1

Level 1 - Workspace Approx. 350sf, the space allows the resident to run a small creative buisiness. Perhaps it may be used as an office, a gallery, or a retail space. The space is fitted with a small kitchenette and water closet. The large storefront window brings in natural light and acts as a pivoting door.

Levels 2 & 3 - Residence The interior design was inspired by graphics and texture. Reclaimed objects are mixed with contempory and midcentury modern peices. Level 2 containes the living space, industrial kitchen and half bathroom. Level 3 contains a master suite.

Luxury Condos

These luxury residences are designed with high quality finishes and appliances, and floor-to ceiling curtain walls to allow expansive views. The residents don’t need to compromise space for downtown living. The condo units are large enough to accommodate the resident’s lifestyle plus more.

Master Suite - Open Bathroom Concept A partial wall separates the bedroom from the bathroom, allowing light to fill the entire space. A water closet and walk-in closet are included in the bathroom area.

Commercial Design

The Pipe Cafe

The Pipe Cafe is a casual eatery providing fresh local cuisine. The design of the space utilizes the exhisting warehouse space while adding relcaimed materials. A salvaged shipping container functions as a service counter, a chain-link fence as a wall covering, and work benches as community style tables.

Dusk Wine Bar & Lounge

Dusk Wine bar & Lounge is a sophisticated and fun after work hang out spot. The design of the space is inspired by “dusk and features a lighting design which transforms through out the evening, adding variety to the mood and atmosphere.
