Our Executive Chef creates our seasonal menus with a delectable variety of options to satisfy any palette. Each menu offers “healthy to hearty” selections that run from full and inclusive meals to light sandwiches or salads. We prepare each package with lasting energy to power productivity throughout the day. We’re also committed to using the very best products from local farms and artisanal producers whenever possible to ensure a memorable experience.

We offer a variety of food packages because we understand that some meetings are only a couple hours, but some last longer than a day. Combine various packages to suite your group’s needs. Weekly Menu Pages 1-5 Multiple, unique options covering breakfast, lunch, and break snacks for each day of the week. Plated Lunch and Dinner Page 6 Multi-course meals prepared for each individual participant. Buffet Dinner Page 7 Three-course buffet-style meal. Stations Page 8 Multiple food stations to choose from, each with its own food category, like “Pasta”, “Mezze”, or “Everything crispy”. Reception Package Page 8 For a minimum of 25 guests, this includes an hors d’oeuvres selection, three stations, and bar service. Hors d’Oeuvres Page 9 Large selection of hot and cold choices. A la Carte Page 9 Extra choices for breakfast, lunch, and break times. Bar Page 9 Choose from Basic, Standard, or Premium.

Drinks and snacks are always provided on rolling breaks to power people through the day. We also offer enhancements to many of our menus. Available enhancements are noted on their respective pages. We anticipate all food allergies and dietary restrictions. Vegans, vegetarians, and diabetics have plenty to choose from and we never use tree nuts or shellfish in our cooking. Individual menu items may be subject to adjustments based on their availability. Requests for additional courses will be priced accordingly. All prices are subject to 23% administrative fee and 8.875% New York state tax.
