Our LDP allows you to assess and refine your leadership capabilities that will support your career enhancement. (Fall Year One) You will be paired with a certified Executive Coach during the entire program. Throughout the first year, you will gain self-awareness and insight into your competencies and leadership development opportunities.

(Spring/Summer Year One) Your coach will work with you to accomplish your leadership and team goals. In addition, you will be introduced to the tools and know-how to build and enhance your career including résumé writing and enhancing your LinkedIn presence.

(Fall Year Two) With a year under your belt, continue adding to your leadership and career toolkits. Network. Prepare for the roles that previously may have been unattainable.
