Equipment Rental Our Purpose

Trailer Hookups

Equipment Rental is an FSS activity designed to provide recreational equipment for the off-duty enjoyment of Vance AFB personnel and their families. Take advantage of this opportunity and treat your family to an enjoyable weekend. Our objective is to provide the times and services that will make your stay at Vance enjoyable. Any suggestions you may have to improve our service is appreciated.

To accommodate patrons with hookups for trailers and boats, an appointment with Equipment Support personnel is recommended. This will ensure you have the proper equipment on your towing vehicles for hookups and electrical connections. Don’t lose precious vacation time trying to get it done at the last minute. Boats and trailers must be towed from a Class II or III permanently installed hitch mounted to the vehicle frame. They cannot be towed with a rental bumper hitch of any type. Your towing vehicle must be wired to accommodate trailer lights. There will be no boat/trailer hookups after 4 p.m.

We’ve got Bargains!

Some of our items can be checked out for $1 or less per day. Here are some of the items we have: stoves, lanterns, ice chests, life jackets, canteens, horseshoes, badminton nets, soccer balls and gardening equipment. Just stop by and we will get you set up!
