AIESEC in FTU HCMC Who are we? AIESEC in Foreign Trade University at Ho Chi Minh City Campus, one of the most developed cities in terms of economy, finance and services. We was founded in October, 2009. During 5 years of organization, we have experienced sustainable growth.

Realization in 2013 13
This year, focus on improving the quality of exchange experience delivered to our EPs. We are looking for high quality projects, to play out Co-Delivering and create long term relationship with trusted LCs for our present and future EPs.
About our EPs 1. Background Our EPs are from Foreign Trade University, University of Economics and Law, Banking University, FPT University, Open University, Ho Chi Minh University of Foreign Languages â€“ Information Technology, Saigontech University. Generally, they are students from economics and finance faculties with a thirst to develop their leadership.
2. EP Selection process Our EPs have to pass through a strict selection process with 3 rounds.
Student Review Board
We only select candidates who are aware of leadership, want to develop themselves, and ready to attend a GCDP experience around the world. During interviews, they are also tested the adaptability and commitment with the program in difficult situations.
Our exchange delivery 1. What have we done? After being selected, our EPs will go through a Welcome EP Night, where we introduce about AIESEC, our vision, mission and XPP. Then they have personal meeting with their buddy – EP manager to make sure each of them understand about AIESEC and GCDP, how GCDP develop their leadership and aware of AIESEC’s role in GCDP.
We have conducted OPS and CPS to deliver LEAD program with necessary knowledge and skills for GCDP as well as guide them to align GCDP with their future.
Moreover, we engaged our EPs to our LC activities to help them feel AIESEC spirit and develop their leadership. “That was the first time I joined an event of AIESEC, and that was my precious time with AIESECers. When I saw the name LC Mini Conference, I just thought about a Teambuilding for AIESECers, but in this conference, I met a lot of new friends, shared stories, did AIESEC dance for more than 15 minutes…. Moreover, I also learnt many new things about AIESEC, its structure, knew how its part work or exchange activities…. And how we change our life after go on an exchange trip even it is GIP or GCDP. Or understand clearly about leadership, which was very unclear to me when I heard that word…I wish that AIESEC could create more event like that for anyone can join it. Love AIESEC <3.” Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha (EP-In-VN-HF-2013-700) We have also implemented EP personal development plan to keep track their development with the guidance of EP manager.
2. What will we do? As we focus more on improvement of exchange experience this year, we will: - Improve LEAD trainings for more practical skills and knowledge - Focus on CEM system - Personal development plan Because the exchange experience cannot be created from one side, we are looking for trusted partnership LC, where we can present our EPs. 3. What can you get? If you are our partner, your projects and TNs will be directly promoted to our EPs in all channels (our online channels, eventsâ€Ś) so you can save your effort promoting your TNs. Also, as we have mentioned, you have a chance to receive well-selected EPs from our country and they will greatly contribute to your project. This year, we expect to have a great growth in number of exchange experience. In the summer peak, there will be more than 150 EPs to realize in May - June â€“ July. The matching process will begin in March.
Cooperation process and timeline: For the cooperation process, we would like our partner LC to fulfill the responsibilities of hosting entity. The cooperation process is proposed as follows.
