This allows registrants to alter their registration and manage any change within the system, updating all reports with the changes they have made. • Personal Details: Collect information about your registrant, with mandatory and custom fields available. Include information such as dietary requirements or company details. • Registration: Multiple registration items make it easy for registrants to choose their options. Cater for registration cut off dates and early bird dates for discount pricing. • Workshops: Multiple workshops. • Social Events: Multiple social events. • Tours: Include pre-conference and post-conference tours. • Exhibition Booths: Allow exhibitors to book their registration and choose their booth from a floor plan online. • Accommodation: Registrants can choose and book their accommodation from a block providing full management reports to the venue and organiser. • Merchandise: T-shirts, books, caps etc. Allow for multiple items to be purchased during the registration. • Flights: Clients can book best available fare of the day or from a group flight block. • Transfers: Ability to include transfers, allowing registrants to book their transfer whilst registering. • Confirmation: Secure payment system allows for multi-currency payments using credit card, direct deposit, cheque or other. A confirmation email including all details of the booking and a complete flight itinerary is sent to the registrant on finalisation of the booking.
