My Savings – Savings Results This table shows you the best voice, messaging and data plans your carrier can offer you based on the usage on your bill and how much you can save by switching to a better plan. 1. The “savings results” tab enables the user to toggle between the three savings options: savings results, tips, and problems to fix. 3. The “billed amount” shows you what you’ve been billed. “Potential savings” shows you what you can save by optimizing plans, using “tips and secrets,” correcting errors, and eliminating unused services. 5. My Savings – Email Your Carrier This is Validas’ auto-generated email template that helps you switch to the correct plan. Carriers typically respond in 24 to 48 hours and may ask for more security information before changing your plan for you. 1. This field populates the correct email address for changing plans with your carrier. 2. The “reply to” address auto-populates the email address you used to log-in. You can change this address. You can also click the checkbox to copy yourself on the email. 3. The subject field presents your phone number and the correct text for routing your change request. 4. The carrier will need this information to verify that you are the account holder and considers this information as private information. If you choose not to provide this information that is ok. Just be aware that this saves you time by including it in the original email to the carrier as they will ask you for it anyway. 5.
