- I worked in construction practice for SC.PROVALSORCONSULT.SRL as a construction plan draftsperson between 01.04.2011 – 30.09.2011. During this

time I have acquired advanced knowledge in AutoCAD 2005 and 2007; - I worked at Bosch Communication Center from 01.10.2011 till 30.05.2013 in the department OPM3 as a Helpdesk IT support agent; - During my trainig at Bosch C.C. I learned to use several applications (Office, Outlook, Adobe, Webex, SMT,SAP,VPN,Ipass).This training has included not only using, but also repairing programs affected by bugs or errors; - Currently employed at Hella Romania SRL since 01.06.2013, in the department HRO-C-IT-IC as a Servicedesk support agent; - My main task is to resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problem - As an agent for the Servicedesk department I have received trainings for second level tasks such as: - installing software over a CA Client and manualy over remote control(having globaly administrator rights on all Hella hostnames) and first start configuration for some applications; - SAP and Windows account user management; - giving temporary administrator rightsfor Windows accounts on specific hostnames; - creatingWiFI Guest Users; - VPN token and pin authetification resets; - Citrix User administration and authorisations(software deployment); - Checkpoint Endpoint Security user administartion; - Coordinator role for all SAP groups(Responsible for better communication between SAP solution groups and Servicedesk,responisble for followup process of old SAP tickets and reports for SAP groups); - Critical situation(production stop or system down) handling;
