valentine bouckaert

/ designer / 1992

Dive into the art opening since I was a little girl, 5 year ago I began my studies of industrial design and interior design at CAD in Brussels. Thanks to my study I was able to discover diverse jobs ensuing from the architecture and the design. Through my internships in Brussels, Shanghai, Buenos Aires, I developped a real passion for the scenography. To mix the design has the interior architecture is for me the most beautiful fusion of my learning.

welcome area Creation of the reception of the ruins of Villers La Ville. To avoid disturbing the beauty of the place, I chose to include my welcome area in ruins and more strategically in one of the starting points of the visit. I also added an activity to go up along a still existing facade, in order to admire a scenic spot on the sight.

I used the imagery and imagery of the forest to guide our different principles of exhibitions, trails, and scenery. The exhibitor stands would represent the cockpit, the cocoon: the cabin. in space. The scenography brings the visitor into a sensory experience from the obscurity of the forest to clarity of the various stands.

bsh Bsh is a dealer in household electrical appliance that represents different brand like: Bosh, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau. Every two years they organize a fair where they present their new product. Last year I was on the command to create the scenography of BSH 2016 The concept is based on a linear path. A route is proposed for each brand with different modes of exposure per family : hot, cold, washing. In the scenography I paid attention to the lightness, fluidity, sobriety. With this aspect I succeed to keep the concentrate on products and communication. The 4 brands: Bosh, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau are based on the same frame and exhibition structure. Thanks to this principle we have a common guideline in space.
