This 341,190 sf Hotel and Condo is located at Buzzards Point in Washington Dc which serves 160 rooms and 81 units. This Hotel and Condo is name Socu to represent the cubes elements that are been applied onto the exterior of the building and also to represent the main element of this site which is the Audi field Soccer Stadium. The main concept of this project is to serve the public a destination where they can stay at to visit the city and also to attend the games at the Audi Field Soccer Stadium. The main inspiration for this building has been taken from the site and from the Stadium which are cubes elements. The main intention of the CUBES is to make the building fit into the community.

THE CIRCLE RESIDENCE

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT WAS TO LEARN HOW TO DESIGN A MIXED USE BUILDING THAT WOULD ALLOW THE FIRST FLOOR TO HAVE RETAIL AND OFFIC-ES. THE CONCEPT FOR THIS PROJECT IS UNITY, AND THE IDEA OF UNITY WAS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A PLACE THAT CAN ACT AS A PLACE NOT ONLY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO RESIDES THERE BUT ALSO A PLACE WHERE OTH-ERS CAN COME TO VISIT AS WELL. THE TERRACE HAS A COMMUNITY ROOM WHICH HAS PARTIES ROOMS AND A BAR FOR WHOEVER WANTS TO VISIT AND TAKE A NICE BRECE IN THE OUTDOOR SEATING AREA.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RAINBOW

THE CONCEPT OF THIS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WAS BASED ON FINDING A WAY THAT WOULD GIVE THE STU-DENTS A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF COLORS AND FORMS. THE IDEA THAT IM DECIDED TO STUDY WAS THE RAINBOW, AND THIS IDEA HAS BEEN INCORPORATE INTO THIS PROJECT BY DESIGNING THE 4 MAIN CUBES THAT ARE GOING TO HAVE THE LABS WHICH ARE PLACES WHERE STUDENTS CAN LEARN ABOUT LABS, ART, MUSIC AND SCIENCE.
