Join Efforts between the Municipality of Bucaramanga and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana Headquarters-Medellin to Achieve the Formulation of the Master Plan of Public Space of the Municipality of Bucaramanga. This plan will allow the preservation of existing public space with inclusion characteristics that generate new spaces and economic and cultural management models that guarantee sustainability, development and management; this within the framework of the regulations in force at the national, regional and local levels. This project has the territory and the citizenship as axes and object of the territorial ordering and as structural components of the processes inherent to the planning and intervention of the soil and therefore disposes the population as an object of the urban or rural transformation.
