OUR STORY

OUR MOAB

Nearly ten years ago, we pursued one of our favorite adventures yet: opening up shop as a full-service activity booking center in one of the most desirable outdoor recreation destinations. At the heart of Moab Tourism Center is a dedicated team of individuals who are proud to live, work, and play in this charming desert community. Whether you're looking for a scenic escape in canyon country or an action-packed jaunt into the red rocks, let us help you choose the perfect activities to suit your interests. At the top of our list is the highly acclaimed T-Rex 4x4 Tour. Hold on tightly as you ascend steep sandstone ridges, and take a turn at the wheel as you cross open slickrock terrain.

Adventure is at every turn in the Moab area, and our Moab 4 Rent vacation properties offer proximity to it all. Located just 5 miles from downtown and 10 miles from Arches National Park, our condos put area highlights at your doorstep. Breeze through the keyless lock of your luxury rental, and enjoy spacious accommodations, a private outdoor patio with grill, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Keurig coffee maker. Take in canyon scenery from your home away from home, or experience it up close with one of Moab Tourism Center's adrenaline-pumping tours.

From hiking and mountain biking to river expeditions and zip line tours, there’s no shortage of ways to spend an exhilarating vacation in Moab.

And so, without any further intro, here's our Moab in 3's...

SHON & ROSSANA'S INSIDE GUIDE TO MOAB... A Quick Orientation... Moab is a four-wheeling paradise and a mecca for outdoor recreation. Bring along your off-road vehicle to explore the red rocks firsthand, or book a T-REX 4x4 Tour with the Moab Tourism Center, and enjoy the sightseeing adventure of a lifetime. The T-REX 4x4 Tour follows the famed Hell's Revenge trail across sandstone domes and slickrock ledges, stopping along the way for views of the La Sal Mountains and the Colorado River.

Our 3 all-time favorite places to eat... Moab Brewery For American fare and award-winning craft beer, head to Moab Brewery, a popular brewpub and the only microbrewery in Moab. Select a beer from the rotating tap list, and pair it with a giant brew pretzel with jalapeño mustard or beer cheese soup.

Milt's Stop & Eat A community fixture since 1954, Milt’s Stop & Eat is one of the oldest and most popular restaurants in the Moab area. This Classic American diner serves grassfed beef burgers, local buffalo burgers, and decadent oldfashioned milkshakes.

3 for the Adventurer T-Rex 4x4 Tours...

Venture off the beaten path with a T-Rex 4x4 Tour, an off-road UTV expedition led by an experienced guide. Take the wheel as you journey along steep ridges and slickrock ledges on the scenic Hell's Revenge Trail.

Jet Boat Tours...

Feel the wind in your hair as you cruise through the Colorado River on a jet boat tour with Moab Jett. Wind your way through the meandering waters, and be captivated by the breathtaking canyons along Arches National Park.

Zipline Tours...

Soar above the Red Rocks on a Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure, offering views of the High Desert and the surrounding La Sal Mountains. Experience the thrill of a lifetime on six unique zip lines courses and a 100-foot suspension bridge.

Sunset Grill Sensational Red Rock views await at Sunset Grill, a steak and seafood restaurant with a stunning hilltop vantage point. Dine al fresco on the pergolacovered patio, or take in panoramic vistas from the dining room windows.

3 for the Event-Goer Easter Jeep Safari...

Four-wheeling enthusiasts, look no further than Moab’s annual, week-long Easter Jeep Safari event, the ultimate off-roading experience featuring epic trail rides, challenging obstacles, and the latest concept vehicles.

Moab April Action Car Show...

Bring the whole family to experience the Moab April Action Car Show, a unique event showcasing beautiful vehicles in a picturesque setting. Marvel at cars from every category, from street rods and muscle cars to trucks and classics.

Rally on the Rocks...

Picture-perfect scenery and challenging trails await at Rally on the Rocks, an annual four-wheeling event that draws beginners and advanced drivers alike. Put your vehicle to the test with this guided off-road experience.

3 experiences not to miss... Arches National Park... Carve out time to explore Arches National Park, a must-see landscape just minutes outside Moab. With more than 2,000 natural stone arches and hundreds of unique geologic formations, the park offers stunning red rock vistas and breathtaking sunsets. Hike easy to moderate trails with exceptional viewpoints, go camping at Devils Garden, and seize every photo opportunity along the way.

1

Canyonlands National Park... Discover awe-inspiring rock formations at Canyonlands National Park, home to colorful canyons and dramatic buttes formed by the Green and Colorado Rivers. The most accessible of the park’s four districts, Island in the Sky affords panoramic views, varied hiking trails, and a moderate four-wheel-drive track. A visit to Canyonlands promises endless opportunities for sightseeing and exploration.

2

Dead Horse Point State Park... For iconic views of the Colorado River, ascend 2,000 feet to the scenic overlook in Dead Horse Point State Park. Marvel at the dramatic cliffs and canyons sculpted by wind and water, and take in some of the most photographed vistas in the world. With miles of hiking and biking trails, including easily accessible paved routes, there’s no shortage of ways to experience Utah’s most spectacular state park.

3

Our 3 hidden gems...

Grandstaff Canyon...

A small stream flows along the 4-mile round-trip trail to Grandstaff Canyon, a lightly trafficked half-day hike leading to a stunning natural bridge. The sixth longest natural rock span in America, the Morning Glory Bridge is a photo-worthy spot to break for a picnic lunch.

Corona Arch...

One of the best short treks in the Moab area, this 1.5-mile, easy-tofollow trail features open slickrock terrain, plus short cliff climbs with ladders and safety cables to satisfy the adventurers. At the end, hikers are rewarded with breathtaking views of the Corona, Bowtie, and Goldbar Arches.

La Sal Loop...

Take the scenic route! Drive along the La Sal Mountain Loop for a family road trip unlike any other. With forested terrain, mountainous landscapes, red rock cliffs, and Colorado River views, the canyon country scenery is sure to impress the whole group.
