Financial commitments Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) and Brown & Gold Commitment WUE is an exclusive merit-based award for select students in WUE participating states (AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT and WA) that may provide up to 150% of resident tuition.
