For as long as there have been artists there have been others who have supported and nurtured, admired and collected their work - from the Medicis of Renaissance Italy to the Gertrude Steins and Peggy Guggenheims of early 20th century modernism. Anyone with a love of art and an interest in the people who make it should know that buying an original work of art from an artist is one of the best ways to build a collection and support a career. In this exhibition Utopia Art Sydney presents the full gamut of collectible art, from large scale museum quality work to pieces more suited to the homes of art lovers. Work by emerging artists and original prints by established artists provide a more affordable entry point. From $100 to $100,000... there’s something for everyone this art month!
