From ‘enquiry’ to a ‘fond farewell’, we work for you! Pre-event • Initial enquiries will be responded to, detailing rate & availability, within 2 hours. • Written confirmation of quote will be received within 4 hours. • Out of hours enquiries will be responded to before 11am the next working day. • Cost proposals will be clear, with no hidden extras. • Courtesy call will be made prior to the event, to review final details & confirm name of contact on the day. • Event rooms will be named in advance. During the event • An events specialist will meet the organiser to check the details each day provide support during the event & debrief at the end of each day. • Event room will be set up as requested and ready at least 1 hour before the agreed start time.

• All audio-visual equipment will be checked & in working order. • WIFI is complimentary in public areas & meeting rooms & Broadband is available in guest bedrooms. • Business concierge and dedicated services are available. • Priority reserved car parking for the organiser. Post-event • Invoice will be available for sign off at the end of each day by the authorised person, if required. • Satisfaction courtesy call will be made the day following the event. • The invoice for the event will be sent no later than 3 working days after the event, clearly detailing the breakdown of charges. Hillman and Hunter Suite Our ‘principle’ first floor suite, offers flexible meeting, training and events space. Decorated to a high executive level with a colour palette conducive to the optimum learning environment, or relaxed dining experience. The Hillman & Hunter Suite can be used as a combined option for larger events, and can accommodate up to 100 delegates, or a luxury private dining event suite catering perfectly for 50 guests.

The space has the capability to be used as your main event room, in a variety of styles. The Suite is also divisible into two individual rooms, each side of the Hillman & Hunter Suite make the perfect breakout rooms to complement our Bentley Executive Boardroom or our Daimler Suite.
