Let’s Talk, Trojans

Drop-in, no appointments necessary

Counseling and Mental Health Services ongoing programs for students, Fall 2019 on UPC Let’s Talk is a drop-in opportunity to talk to a counselor to get professional guidance on any number of social and mental health topics. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to talk to a counselor, this is your opportunity to find out. STU 422, M/W/Th 2:30-3:30 p.m. Well-being Wednesdays offers students the opportunity to wind down with stress-relief activities and chat with a USC Student Health professional. Take a mid-week break to enhance your well-being! TCC 222, 6-7 p.m. Thriving Thursdays present topic-specific workshops led by professional counselors that rotate on the following themes: making connections; thriving; managing anxiety; and managing moods. Bring your ideas, questions, and quandaries—and leave with skills to improve your ability to thrive. TCC 222, 12 noon - 1 p.m. These programs and services are made possible by your USC Student Health Fee. Well-being Wednesdays and Thriving Thursdays are provided in partnership with Campus Activities in USC Student Affairs.
