USA Business Brokers I n t roduction
USA Business Brokers is a family owned small independent company and we take extra care with the best service for our clients. The selling of a business is very different than selling residential property. To understand financial statements or balance sheets, you need previous business ownership. Here’s how it works: Once you have signed the agreement with us • We will put together a package explaining all about your company, your industry, a performa worksheet on future performance & a complete business evaluation. • We will also include pictures of your business (when appropriate) and some financial data. • We will then list your business in a strictly confidential and generic format (if appropriate) on numerous business & commercial MLS Internet sites. Two things will happen: (1) Another broker will contact us and after he signs a co broker agreement, we will disclose your information to him. (2) Or a buyer will contact us and we will have him fill out a profile sheet disclosing available cash and assets and sign a detailed confidentiality form. If needed we can SBA prequalify the buyer. All buyers will be registered with you before your business information is released to them. We will not waste our time or your time with nonqualified buyers. Our agreement is for 210 days and is an Exclusive Agency Listing. This means that we can sell your business but you can also sell your business if you have the opportunity. There is no commission due us if you bring the buyer to the table yourself without our assistance. If another broker or agent were to contact you, please direct them to us. We are “your discount broker” so we work from a discount fee of 7%. We need you to fill out and sign a: Listing Agreement 2. Business Profile Form 3. Copies of the last 3 years Profit & LossStatements 1.
We will send you a Checklist, a Buyers Confidentiality Form and a Buyer Registration Form for your records and your review.
