Menus Starters(Non-Veg) GRILLED SALMON (OR CHICKEN) SALAD Prime Salmon (or choose chicken) served with crispy okra silvers, wild rocket, baby tomatoes, green leaves with a spiced pickle PAN FRIED SCALLOP WITH HARA MASALA Scallop marinated in fresh herbs & spices then tawa-cooked & served with a chilli-mango salsa.

TIGER PRAWN WITH UTTAPPAM Two tiger prawns cooked in the clay oven and served with a baby uttapam together with a coconut, tomato and lemon zest relish.

JAIPURI LAMB KEBAB Melting pieces of prime lamb with black pepper, chillies served with a yoghurt chutney.

CRISPY CALAMARI (SQUID) Cooked in batter with crushed garlic,red chillies served with a lime and chilli chutney.

TIL TINKA MACCHI Goujons of mellow tilapia fish marinated in ginger and garlic and deep fried in a batter of sesame seed and gram flour served with a tamarind and yoghurt salsa and salad garnish.

KEEMA PATTICE Minced lamb and herbs with chillies shaped into discs and topped with a spiced lamb tawa gravy.

URBAN ROTI PANEET TIKKA Two types of paneer - one marinated in yoghurt/green herbs (Hara); the other coated with smoked onion seed - both grilled, served in a salsa of spiced, chopped tomato, coriander and olive oil.

ALOO AND CORN TIKKI Two vegetable tikki made with potatoes, corn, ginger and green chillies. Served with tamarind and date chutney dressing.
