• Falmouth Restoration, Streetscape Improvements- Works for the Streetscape Improvement phase of the project is currently being procured. Estimated project completion date is August 2015. • Harbour Street Craft Market Renovation, Phase 2- Work completed • Montego- Bay Conference Centre (MBCC) Office Space Renovation- Works completed and Office established for JAMPRO, Jamaica Tourist Board, Tourist Product Development Company., Mobay Freeport Ltd • Pechon Street Car Park Development- Upgrading works are completed and the facility is ready to be leased to an operator. • Linstead Market- Phase 3- Phases 1 and 11 are now complete which include the repair of the canteen and the Old Market, inclusive of structural repairs. Phase 111 is almost complete and plans are in train for the start of Phase 4 • Festival Marketplace Phase I – Food Bazaar & Beautification of Waterfront- The Design Development has been completed and tenders issued for aspects of the work. A ground breaking ceremony is being planned.

Forum Hotel, Portmore St. Catherine

Mahogany Hotel- was sold to a private investor for approximately J$240 million & is currently being refurbished. Forum Hotel- On the divestment agenda since 1991 now divested to a private sector group as a residential and commercial complex. The UDC sold the Forum Hotel in St. Catherine to Portmore Marine Development Limited for J$350M as part of the move to ensure best use of some of the assets under its control. Subsequent to this, the Corporation successfully relocated the informal settlers and business operators as well as other stakeholders to a nearby site. Oceana Hotel- Divested to a Jamaican-Canadian consortium of private sector interests for $J$385 million and is being refurbished as a hotel and business complex to catalyze downtown Kingston economy. The facility is proposed to be renamed Caribbean Place by the developers Machado Complex- Divested to Heart Trust for J$104 M to develop a downtown Kingston education and training complex to develop new skills Jamintel Building- Divested to Ministry of Transport & Works for J$150 million for their Transport Authority HQ Lot 21 Downtown Kingston- Sold to Grace Kennedy for $75M to develop a Commercial Centre and Parking Facility in downtown Kingston. Victoria Pier- leased to private investor to operate an upscale Restaurant Ideal Warehouse- leased to private investor and transformed into an Auction House
