GETTING AROUND – The airport in Vegas is literally on the doorstep of The Strip. There are a huge range of transport choices between private taxi’s shuttle services and public transport that will drop you to hotels on the Strip or downtown. SHOPPING – Las Vegas is one of the top shopping destinations in the world! Forums Shops at Caesars Palace make more money per square foot than any other mall in the U.S. and nestled between these massive malls and high end luxury stores are little nuggets of offbeat boutiques to suit every taste and budget. Hours are long here in Vegas with shops open from 10am-11pm – and with the largest Louis Vuitton in North America and the biggest Prada in the United States and... 10,000 square-foot of Tiffany &Co you begin to see why this is a shopper’s paradise. To nab some bargains 26

you need to move away from the Strip to seek out better deals and the outlets always sell heavily reduced well known brands and designer goods so check those out. ENTERTAINMENT & NIGHTLIFE – When you think about the sheer volume of shows, bars, lounges and nightclubs this destination has to be top of the leader board when it comes to entertainment. Cirque du Soleil have at least 6 permanent shows here, Mariah Carey, Elton John and Celine Dion perform regularly, and bars are open 24/7. Comedy clubs, magic shows, and with 7 of the top 10 grossing nightclubs in the US based here it demonstrates that Vegas is... - The Entertainment Capital of the World. Visit the unforgettable night time view at the Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower and if you want to take in a top show tix4tonight puts unsold seats for evening performances on sale for half price. Queues start early.

This is only a tiny sample of our hotels – visit our website for a wider choice or call our experienced consultants for their recommendations

ACTIVITIES – Any images you will have seen of Vegas will undoubtedly show the dancing Bellagio fountains with 30 songs usually in the repertoire the fountains are breathtaking. For lively action visit SlotZilla at Fremont Street, offering 2 ways to fly, the lower Zipline and upper Zoomline no trip is complete without a visit to The Venetian, a graceful and romantic glide down the Grand Canal in an authentic Venetian gondola. DINING OUT – With close to 40 million visitors annually Las Vegas offers a diverse range of dining options. The area is awash with steakhouses, Italian trattoria’s, Hawaiian specialities, burger joints and fine French dining with the most famous Parisian masters represented here. Every pocket and taste is catered for and Vegas’ own home-grown speciality – “the all you can eat buffet”.

THE DESERT – Comfortable walking shoes are a must, depending on the time of your visit you should check the forecast but you always need a light sweater or jacket even in summer as it gets windy with a chill in the evenings, and once the casino and shows turn on the air-conditioning it can be like Siberia. NEARBY – Lake Mead, one of the largest manmade lakes in the world. Red Rock Canyon, offers a desert beauty in beautiful shades of red 24kms west. Grand Canyon and a helicopter ride has to be on the bucket list. Combine twin centre with LA or Boston. BEACHES – Vegas is land locked in the Mojave Desert – so the closest ocean beach is 5 hours drive! Forget it...
