Our Philosophy Of Project Governance Our philosophy of project governance is grounded in the principle that delivery of project results depends upon the provision of effective guidance, leadership and decision making at an executive level. There are as many decisions to make in overseeing projects as there are in managing them. He is one of the foremost experts in organizational project management in North America. Mark is a regular columnist on projectmanagement.com. He has been a sessional instructor with the University of Alberta School of Business, and is the lead instructor and program developer of the PM certificate programs offered by the University of Alberta School of Business Executive Education program.
