PROJECTS During the month of October, UNM CKI members got to serve the community by helping: - Clean the kennels and love the animals at Watermelon Mountain Ranch. - Make cards for UNM Children's Hosptial. - Restock and organize at Roadrunner Food Bank. - Clean ip UNM campus at Fall Frenzy. - Clean up Hopeworks and Barrett House.
FALL RALLY Every year the Southwest District puts on an event called Fall Rally. This year's Fall Rally theme was based on Harry Potter and was called "Service is Magical." Members of our club drove to Kamp Kiwanis for the weekend where they were able to meet other members of our sister clubs, get closer to the members within our own club, do some service, and have an overall magical time. Some of the highlights of Fall Rally were: - A Harry Potter themed scavenger hunt. - House banner and mascot decorating. - Playing Quittich (our very own district treasurer Vincent Huber was the snitch for every single game - needless to say, he was tired that day). - Hitting Harry Potter themed pinatas. - Our governor (Steph Floe) wearing the pinata of our district mascot as a hat.
