Your Chef JAY WEBB Chef is excited to join the UNM team. With over 30 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality business, Chef Jay brings experience in high volume casual to fine dining. Chef has worked all across the country, on the East Coast as Director of Culinary, before moving back West to Arizona. Chef Jay spent two years working in Mexico, but has spent most of his time between Phoenix and Las Vegas.
