[Moves+] makes me feel part of the University and I enjoy getting rewards and acknowledgment of achievements.

To encourage me to be more active, and get rewards for it.

It's interesting to see what my daily activity levels are, and I like that you can build up rewards. I also like that there are challenges you can sign up to.

It gives me an incentive to get out and be active! I find myself deciding to walk more rather than use public transport.

[Moves+] encourages me to do exercise and go on a walk even during times when I have lots of Uni work to do; it’s so easy to get stuck in the library.

Thankyou!

"One of our Movers sums it up really well – “I started for the free coffee, stayed for the Uni merchandise and now I just like using it”. Bristol Moves+ is about encouraging students and staff to introduce a bit more non-exercise activity into their day. To move more, for the benefit of their physical and mental wellbeing. We continue to be delighted by the engagement and will be working hard to sustain the effectiveness of the programme to support this community."
