Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies
Global studies deal with the analysis of global problems and challenges that affect humanity as a whole (climate change, migration, economic crises, war and violence, poverty, pandemics, structures of domination and injustice, racism, gender discrimination, etc.).
To put an end to these conflicts, it is essential to connect and take local points of view into account (religion, philosophy, art, literature, science, ideology, identity, history, etc.), through which each community can explain itself and try to address all these challenges.
The degree aims to train you as a professional to allow you to analyse and take decisions in relation to global phenomena in the fields of politics, economics, communication and health; in short, in all aspects of today’s complex societies. As graduates in Global Studies, you will not only be analysts of the current panorama, but also active designers of the future to cope with the existing and emerging global challenges.
