Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a grill pan, saute garlic, asparagus, red pepper, and onion in olive oil until tender crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and dried basil. Roll puff pasty out onto a baking sheet ( I used a SilPat underneath). Sprinkle puff pastry with mozzarella, leaving a 1 inch crust. Spread cooked vegetables evenly on top. Add kalamata olives. Sprinkle crust with crumbled feta cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 4-5 more minutes, until lightly browned.
