There's always something going on and you’ll always be able to find someone to help you with anything from academic support and career development to health and wellbeing, connection with other students, financial support and spirituality. Remember, you've paid for these services through your fees so take advantage as much as you can during your studies to ensure you succeed.

Help on campus Our Student Support Advisors can help answer any questions you may have, help you navigate your way around your studies, and ease you into student life on campus. Ask them about anything - from financial and budgeting support to scholarships, awards and grants, and mentoring opportunities. They work closely with all student support services across both campuses, and can connect you with the right people and services.
Top tip: Have a chat to the team at the AskMe desk in Te Puna (Mt Albert) or the Hub (Waitākere) to speak with a Student Support Advisor. Te Pae Kōrero (Student Central) is your first point of contact for all programme enquiries and enrolments.
International Student Connectors
Connectors are a touch point for linking international students back to the right information and services that are offered at Unitec. Connectors, being international students themselves will have an overview of the knowledge, questions and concerns that come from being an international student studying in a foreign country.
Student Council
Student Council hold elected positions and they represent the student collective voice within Unitec. Class Reps, including international students, act as a voice for students and work as liaisons between their classmates, Student Council and staff at Unitec.
