uxury five star refuge and privileged relaxing corner on the sea, La Peschiera by Losciale, still in the neighbors of Monopoli, is what the guest can find where the atmosphere is not only a detail. In front of a powerful pool - for who wants to alternate to the turquoise waters of this area in the Adriatic, a more private mirror - there are only 13 rooms, each of them of different measure, they can be provided with terrace or private pool, of a double patio or a déhor of charm and intimacy. After all, the whole structure, which was once fish reserve of the Borboni, finds a strategic and enviable position, dedicating to each of the guests a reserved corner directly on the sea. All the rooms have a enchanting view and they are closed to the sand and the cliffs, with a comfortable terrace. The Panorama Suite, in addition, even offers a spectacular private pool. Each room is embellished inside with precious details, such as the craft draperies weaved by loom in silk, cashmere and linen yarn.
In the Saleblu restaurant, the chef Casulli, even here greatly assisted by his brigade, privileges a wise mix between the must of the Apulian cooking and refined dishes based on fish from the world. So we can find for example some varieties of French lobster, as well as dishes that have been made for centuries by ingredients of local tradition, formula that has been appreciated even by international customers for long time. And the location where everything is served, in the terrace on the reef, completes the enchantment for suggestive dinners. Only a few meter far and part of the same property, there is then Lido Tamerici, the (really) private beach club representing - in a ridiculous distance from rooms and suite - the beach preserved to the guests, for excellence. Few beach umbrellas and view on the small bay surrounding the property, the shore is the ideal location to enjoy in complete privacy the sun all day and a space, also for small events in exclusive, in the evening.
