They furthermore were able to learn about each other’s theatre traditions, their different education and approaches. In this context, they were able to reflect about what they consider to be key issues regarding the future of stage direction. They established common aims and ideals, and developed a joint concept of how to work together and create collectively. They attended performances and exchanged their ideas and impressions.
