What is STaR? • Stands for School Technology and Readiness • An assessment tool developed around the four key areas of the Texas Long Range Plan for Technology (TLRPT). • Designed to help schools and district improve their progress in meeting the goals of the TLRPT.
What is STaR? â€˘ Helps to identify needs for professional development and in meeting research based instructional goals. â€˘ Helps to measure the current strengths and weaknesses of the district and campus.
