A little bit about me..
I'm a Service Design Consultant with a diverse background and strong experience in user experience, interaction design, and service design. I recently moved to Saudi Arabia after working and graduating as a designer from Milano. I'm is passionate about service design and customer experience.
I love to immerse myself in critical, design and system thinking, to think outside the box and offer innovative solutions to complex design challenges!

An user research conducted with 1:1 or 1:2 interviews involving 7 staff members, 32 visitors and a service shadowing to understand visitors experience considering their journey from getting into the Villa, as well as current blockers, needs and expectations.
