Summer heat can affect anyone "I take routes that have a lot of shade when I'm walking. I also make it a point to find some trails that are shady to keep the sun off my skin."

Heat-related illnesses can happen to anyone in hot, humid conditions. It’s important to not only rely on self-diagnosing based on the symptoms, but to act right away. The first thing to do is get out of the sun and heat and seek a cooler area. But if the symptoms worsen, seek medical attention immediately.
