2007年,安踏创造了当时中国体育概念股IPO 最大份额,融资近35亿港币,6年累计派息共45亿 人民币。截止到2013年9月底,安踏总市值250亿港 币,成为名符其实的中国第一体用品品牌。 In 2007, ANTA made the largest IPO of the Chinese sports concept, raising a total of HK$3.5 billion. It has since paid out RMB4.5 billion in cumulative dividends in six years. As of September 2013, its market capitalization had reached HK$25 billion, making it the No. 1 sports brand in China.


优秀的业绩表现 Brilliant Business Performance

今年上半年,安踏实现营业收入达人民 币33.7亿元,净利润为6.26亿人民币,稳居 中国体育用品品牌首位。 In the first half of this year, ANTA posted RMB3.37 billion in revenue, including RMB626 million in net profits, ranking first in the industry.


纳税 Big Tax Payer

上市六年来,安踏累计上缴税收约14亿人民币,为社会作出了自己的贡献。 Over the six years since it went public, ANTA has paid RMB5 billion in tax.

2013年9-10月,安踏推出主打高性价比的KG4和RR1,让最广大的普通消费者也能拥有明星球鞋。 In September and October 2013, ANTA released the super-value KG4 and RR1 to enable ordinary consumers to wear celebrity sports shoes.

安踏正在向“以零售为导向”的经营模式转型,该模式的特点就是“尽一切努力满足消费者需 求”。目前安踏已经着力改善零售人员的培训课程,完善培训体系,提升零售人员的服务能力。 ANTA is undergoing a “retail-oriented” transformation, “making every effort to meet consumer demands”. 安踏一直致力于推动中国体育事业发展,从最早的体育赞助到后期的联赛发动机、 再到签约COC,联合推广奥林匹克运动在中国本土的发展,安踏用最实际的行动,支持 中国体育事业。 ANTA has always been committed to promoting the development of sports in China. From sponsoring individual events to serving as the driver of league matches, and from signing COC to promoting the Olympics in China, ANTA has used the most concrete actions to promote the development of sports in China.


中国联赛发动机 Sponsor of China League Matches

安踏先后为中国篮球、乒乓球、排球、田径等多项体育赛事提供全面支持,其中与CBA 合作7年,达成了公司品牌和联赛品牌升值的双赢。 ANTA has provided comprehensive support of a full range of sports events including CBA, China Table Tennis, China Volleyball and China Athletics. Its partnership with CBA, in particular, has lasted seven years, with win-win results on both sides.


中国奥委会合作 Chinese Olympic Committee Partner 2009年,安踏签约中国奥委会,成为“2009-2012年中国奥委会体育服装合作伙伴”、 “2009-2012年中国体育代表团合作伙伴”。 In 2009, ANTA signed a contract with the Chinese Olympic Committee, becoming the COC Partner for Apparel 2009-2012 and COC Partner for Chinese Sports Delegation 2009-2012.

2013年,安踏再度携手中国奥委会,成为新一个奥运周期“2013-2016中国奥委会体育服 装合作伙伴”。 In 2013, ANTA joined hands again with the Chinese Olympic Committee to become the COC Partner for Apparel 2013-2016.


赛事支持 Events Sponsorship

在2009-2012奥运周期,安踏先后为中国体育健儿出征的广州亚运会、温哥华冬 奥会、伦敦奥运会等提供装备支持。

During the Olympic Period 2009-2012, ANTA provided equipment for Chinese athletes during Guangzhou Asian Games, Vancouver Winter Olympics and London Olympic Games.

安踏在协议内十个赛事,为3236人次提供领奖装备生活装备,共计近12万件。

ANTA provided a total of nearly 120,000 items of equipment for 3,236 persons/times in ten events sponsored under the agreement.

安踏在协议外近十个赛事,为833人次提供领奖装备生活装备,总计超过1万件。

In addition, ANTA provided over 10,000 items of equipment for 833 persons/times in nearly ten events outside the agreement.

支持和推广体育公益事业 Support and Promote Sports Charity Causes

安踏体育公益行走进西藏、新疆等边远地区,为当地学校的学生们带来了全套运动装备,安踏 所提倡的“快乐运动”理念更是深深地感染了当地师生。 ANTA provided a full range of sports equipment for students in remote areas in Tibet and Xinjiang, enabling local students and teachers to experience the “joy of sports”.


推广奥林匹克精神 Promote the Olympic Spirit

2013年1月,安踏携手中国奥委会、冠军基金、萨马兰奇体育发展基金会共同成立 了“奥林匹克公益合作联盟”。旨在集合四方在体育领域的优势资源,更进一步在我国 推广奥林匹克精神,并广泛推动全民健身运动的开展。 In January 2013, ANTA joined hands with the Chinese Olympic Committee, Champion Foundation and Samaranch Foundation to create the Olympic Charity Alliance with the mission to integrate the four parties’ respective resources in the sports field to further promote the Olympic spirit in China and the movement of sports for people nationwide.


推广奥林匹克精神 Promote the Olympic Spirit

2013年4月,奥林匹克公益合作联盟首 个公益项目——爱心桥项目正式启动,安踏 作为首家企业参与“爱心桥”项目,捐赠了价 值2000万的运动装备,该批装备捐赠给了超 过31个省市、直辖市的近200家学校,用以推 动奥林匹克文化和体育运动在校园的普及。

In April 2013, the Olympic Charity Alliance launched its first charity program – Love Bridge. As the first corporate participant in the program, ANTA donated RMB20 million worth sports equipment, which will be sent to nearly 200 schools in 31 provinces and regions to promote the popularization of the Olympic culture and sports in campuses.


推广奥林匹克精神 Promote the Olympic Spirit

2013年10月,安踏携手中国奥委会、中国足球协会,多位知名运动员及教练员来到四川雅安。 活动旨在通过公益捐助、奥运明星志愿服务等方式,让偏远地区的孩子们感悟奥林匹克精神,感 受运动带来的快乐。同时安踏向当地两所学校捐赠总价值60万的运动装备。 In October 2013, ANTA joined hands with the Chinese Olympic Committee, Chinese Football Association and several sports stars and couches on a charity visit to the earthquake-stricken Ya’an in Sichuan, making donations and offering voluntary services to local children. Meanwhile, ANTA donated RMB600,000 worth sports equipment for two local schools.


支持中国教育事业发展 Promote the Development of Education in China

2010年,安踏携手孔令辉球迷组织“令辉星际”捐建了“曲阜市南辛镇尼山令辉星际希望学 校”和“曲阜市小雪镇孟子故里令辉星际希望小学”。 In 2010, ANTA joined hands with Kong Linghui’s fan group “Linghui Xingji” to create two schools, i.e. Nishan Linghui Xingji Hope School in Nanxin Town in Qufu and Linghui Hope School in Xiaoxue Town in Qufu.

安踏还曾与中国篮球协会合作开展“CBA与我共成长公益计划”,先后捐建了5所“CBA希 望小学”、“CBA图书室”50个,为280所希望小学配置了“CBA-安踏希望体育室”。 In the “Grow with CBD Charity Program”, ANTA joined hands with CBA to donate five “Hope Schools”, 50 “CBD Libraries”, and CBAANTA Hope Sports Rooms in 280 Hope Schools.

此外,还有数百名贫困生在安踏的资助下跨入了大学校门。 In addition, ANTA has also provided financial support for hundreds of poor students, enabling them to receive a college education.


心系灾区(汶川) Care for Disaster-stricken Regions (Wenchuan)

2008年汶川地震时,安踏捐出资金和物资总额超过1400万,成为首家捐款的体育用品企业, 并在终端专卖店开展“情系震区,传递爱心”的义卖活动。 During the Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan in 2008, ANTA donated over RMB14 million in cash and goods, becoming the first sports product enterprise to make donations in response to the disaster. In addition, it held charity sales in its outlets.


心系灾区(玉树) Care for Disaster-stricken Regions (Yushu)

2010年,青海省玉树藏族自治州玉树县发生了7.1级的大地震,安踏第一时间捐助 500万元款物。 In 2010, ANTA donated RMB5 million in cash and goods for Yushu County in the Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai at the first opportunity after a 7.1-magnitude earthquake took place there.


心系灾区(舟曲) Care for Disaster-stricken Regions (Danqu)

2010年,甘肃舟曲发生特大山洪泥石流,安踏第一时间捐助200万元人民币。 In 2010, ANTA donated RMB2 million for Danqu immediately after a massive mud-rock flow


心系灾区(雅安) Care for Disaster-stricken Regions (Ya’an)

2013年4月,四川省雅安市芦山县发生7.0级地震,安踏第一时间向地震灾区捐赠 价值人民币1000万元的善款和物资,用于救灾和灾后重建。 In April 2013, at the first opportunity after a 7.0-magnitude earthquake shook Lushan County in Ya’an in Sichuan, Anta donated RMB10 million in cash and goods for the affected people.

运动鞋市场占有率第一 ANTA leads the sports shoe market

在中国商业联合会、中华全国商业信息中心 联合举办的“2012年度(第二十一届)中国市 场商品销售统计结果新闻发布会”上,安踏生产 的旅游运动鞋以8.4%的市场综合占有率再一次 荣膺“同类产品市场综合占有率第一位”的殊荣, 这也是安踏连续第十二年获得该项殊荣。 At the 21st Press Conference for Release of Commodity Sales Statistics in the Chinese Market jointly held by China General Chamber of Commerce and China National Commercial Information Center, it was announced that ANTA ranked first in the sports shoe market with a market share of 8.4%, marking the 12th consecutive year ANTAnta won the title.


最具价值的中国体育用品品牌 China’s Most Valuable Sports Product Brand

10月23日,全球最大的综合性品牌咨询公司 Interbrand发布“2013最佳中国品牌价值排行榜”,安 踏位列第24名,不但连续四年入选,更领先一众同业, 再度成为最具价值的中国体育用品品牌。 ANTA ranked 24th among the Most Valuable Brands in China 2013 released by Interbrand, the world's leading brand consultancy, on October 23. This was not only the fourth consecutive year ANTA made into the list, but ANTA also led its industry competitors by a big margin, further consolidating its position as the most valuable sports product brand in China.
