Esther Van Lieshout studied photography and film at the Academy of Arts and has always dreamt of becoming a director. Meanwhile, she writes children’s books and directs films in her mind. As a child, Marieke Nelissen always loved to draw rainbows and strange, fantastic animals. Now she’s a fulltime graphical designer and illustrator of children’s books.
She gets recruited by the BOF, a secret government organisation that keeps the existence of mythical creatures a secret. When three Elves mysteriously get kidnapped, the BOF starts an investigation. But the more leads they pursue, the bigger the mystery becomes.
