The building is a well lighted. commodious structure. with all of the modern impro,路cments. It contains O\'Cr thirty rooms. some of which are in suites. Many times during the year the hall is opened to the students for ~ocial and other functions; and all feel that Riden haugh Hall has a great part in the University life.

In 1902 Ridenbaugh Hall. the girls' dormitory, wa~ erected. It was dedicated to r.rrs. Mary E. Ridenbaugh. ,路icc president of the Board of Regents at that time. and named in her honor. The hall was opened to the young women of the Uni,路ersity the saml' year. and since that time many have taken ach路antage of its home-like surroundings and life. 74
