Executives and clinicians partner in an education that combines program management, strategic planning, and population health concepts with casebased and applied approaches to major health system issues. The program emphasizes the perspectives of multiple stakeholders by utilizing their experiences as clinical and administrative executives. This value-based perspective is essential to effectively managing a healthcare organization in an increasingly complex environment.
"In real-time, I can apply the teachings of the curriculum to my current work. For example, I gained new perspectives on the importance of identifying departmental needs and continuous quality improvement."
