Ad Society March for Babies Let’s be honest: we all have a competitive side, so why not use it for something good? We’re revving up for some friendly committee competition to see who can raise the most money for Gators March for Babies. If doing good and bragging rights aren’t enough for you, the committee that raises the highest percentage of funds will win a prize. The event is happening on November 20th, so you’ve got a month to get collecting. We can’t wait to see you there! You can register online with the Advertising Society team at http://www.gatorsmarchforbabies.org/
Hey everyone! My name is Evan Burns and I’m a 2nd year Advertising major from Merritt Island, FL. You’ll find me singin’ songs with my pals in “No Southern Accent” and taking pics everywhere I go. Im really excited to get to know you all! 1. Why did you decide to major in advertising? After bouncing around majors in the CJC, Advertising stuck. Also, an internship with a local advertising agency I had the summer before my senior year of high school showed me that my hobbies of photography/videography/design could all be combined into a job! 2. What are you most passionate about? I am most passionate about music and friendships. The two go hand in hand for me, creating/talking about music with others. 3. What do you hope to get out of your involvement with Ad Society this year? I really hope to get advice on classes, internships, and creative techniques from others in the club as well as the professionals we get to meet!
