2011-12 Season: Appeared in six tournaments for Delaware, ranking third on the squad with a 76.53 average round • tied for third place at the Manor Intercollegiate with a one over par 72-69-76-217 • that performance earned him CAA Co-Men’s Golfer of the Week honors on April 18 • carded a four over par 71-74-75-220 to tie for fourth place at the George Washington Invitational • named National 5&10 Blue Hen Athlete of the Week on March 19.

High School/Juniors: Two-time first team all-state selection at nearby Caravel Academy • finished ninth as a junior and second as a senior at the Delaware state tournament • posted a 36.4 scoring average during senior year • school record holder for the lowest individual round with a 33 • first golf all-state selection in Caravel history • member of National Youth Leadership Forum and Model UN • 2012 Delaware Junior Championship winner • earned several Philadelphia Junior Tour victories • 2010 Pritch Cup selection.

Personal: Nathaniel “Niño” Rufino Rosal • son of Rufino and Caric Rosal • has a younger brother, Matthew • exercise science major at Delaware with a medical scholal concentration • worked at Smyrna Medical Associates over the summer • enjoys snowboarding, fishing and tennis during his free time • team representative on the UD Student-Athlete Advisory Council.
